Izuku walked away wistfully, his favorite hero and idol just told him he had no chance of becoming a hero. Izuku lived in a society where people possessed uncanny abilities like powers, but unfortunately, he wasn't born with one.
He wiped his tears away, although, it was of no use if they just kept streaming down his face. His only dream was to be a hero and he kept hanging on to that tiny hope that he could become one, but now his dreams are crushed. He couldn't become one. The number 1 hero said it himself.
An explosion was sounded from, what seemed, like a few miles away. Izuku couldn't be bothered to care or even turn his head up at the sound. He just kept walking. He heard screams of panic and smelt fire, still, he didn't care. Nothing matters when your dreams have been crushed.
He finally looks up when he collides into another person. When he looks up at them it frightens him, this man has a hand covering his face so he all he can see is one of his disturbing crimson eyes and greasy blue hair. He mutters out a "I'm s-sorry," through sniffles and tries to walk away but before he can, the man puts his arm out, making Izuku come to a halt.
The blue-haired man slowly turns his head towards Izuku and stares at him for a few moments before he speaks out in a raspy voice, "What's got you worked up, kid?" Izuku wipes his tears again before replying, "Nothing." He tries not to speak with a wobbly voice but, ultimately, fails.
The main perks his head up at this and declares, "Doesn't seem like nothing." A slightly terrifying grin is presented on this mystery-man's face. "I don't have a quirk and that means I can never become a hero," Izuku mumbles as he avoids the man's gaze. "Now that's a problem," the man announces while staring, quite literally, into Izuku's soul. Izuku nods in response.
"Would you like a quirk, boy?" the man questions Izuku as his eyes gleam with mischief. "O-Obviously," Izuku blurted out, finally meeting his gaze. The man chuckles then says "Nice to meet ya, Im Tomura Shigiraki. I Would shake your hand but," he says until he pauses, he then brings one of his hands into view and turns it 180 degrees. "My hands demolish anything I touch," he continues in a smug tone. Izuku swallows a lump in his throat and stares at the man with worry.
"Don't look so afraid kid, I won't hurt ya. Now tell me your name," Shigiraki demands. "Izuku, Izuku Midoriya," Izuku says just above a mumble. Shigiraki gives him a toothy grin than asks, "How bout' you follow me and I can get ya that quirk?" Izuku looks at him with bravery in his eyes then nods. Shigiraki turns on his heel and walks away, Izuku follows closely behind.
They finally get to their destination which is a run down wooden building. Izuku is quite skeptical as they push through the metal doors. They arrive in a small room with a bunch of computer screens. "So um, how will you give me a quirk?" Izuku asks curiously. "Well, I can't just give it to ya, kid," Shigiraki states. "W-What? Why?" Izuku questions with worry in his tone. Shigiraki turns his head to him with a devilish look in his eyes and a worrying smirk. "If ya want this quirk, ya have to join my League of Villains," Shigiraki tells while staring at Izuku's worried face.
Izuku hesitates at first before he looks at Shigiraki with confidence and says, "Okay." Shigiraki gives a delighted laugh before he asks, "Before I give ya a quirk, lets change your look, yeah?" Izuku responds with, "Pick stuff out for me." Shigiraki just nods before walking out of the room, making Izuku quite confused.
It's about 5 minutes or so before Shigiraki comes back into the room with a black bag. He hands the bag to Izuku before pointing to a door to the left that Izuku didn't even know existed. "Bathrooms over there kid," The blue-haired man states. Izuku stands up and walks to the bathroom, locking the door behind him.
When he gets into the bathroom he opens the bag to see it contains and white button up, collard shirt, a black button up vest, a deep black tie, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. He examines the clothing before taking the containments out and changing into them.
When he finally finishes changing, it took him awhile because he was struggling to button up the vest, he looks in the mirror. He looked fabulous. The mysterious outfit jumbled together with his friendly and inviting soft features mixed together perfectly.
He walks out of the room and sees Shigiraki sitting on a love seat staring into space. The sound of the door slamming shut pulls the blue-haired man from his daydream. Shigiraki turned to Izuku then smiled to himself before saying in an enthusiastic tone, "I sure did a good job dressing ya!" Izuku smirks before simply agreeing. "So uh, what will my quirk be?" Izuku asks cautiously.
