Kenny, My Dear (11)

Y/n's POV

I woke up to hear people clapping and the lights turned on.

I yawned and rubbed my eyes. I realized I had slept on Stan's shoulder...oops.

But, something was off about Stan. He seemed really nervous. I furrowed my eyebrows "Stan, are you okay?" I asked him and he flinched at the sound of my voice.

"Uhh, yeah. Why?" He tried to avoid my concern with a question "Because you look like your going to puke dude," I pointed out.

"Oh, uh yeah, sorry I just need to use the restroom real quick". Stan got up just when I was about to say something.

I sighed and brushed it off. Maybe he got sick from all the dam candy he ate.

I looked around me and I noticed that the boys made a big mess with candy wrappers everywhere. Dude, I go to sleep for a few and wake up to see a mess? Smh.

I groan and force the boys to clean up their messes.

After that, we all used the restroom and started to head out and the boys were so happy about the movie and couldn't stop talking about it.

"But even though the movie was good we should thank Y/n, because if not for her I don't think we would have seen that masterpiece," Kyle said, and the others agreed. Well except for Eric.

Kyle nudged him he rolled his eyes "Yeah, whatever," He groaned in annoyance.

Even if that seemed like nothing that meant a lot on my behalf.

Me and Kenny were walking together and goofing around like children.

It was fun though because we were just being ourselves and nothing would change that.

I and Kenny were in front of the group and kind of distanced from the others as they walked behind us.

We kept pushing each other and messaging around while ignoring Kyle telling us to stop before someone got hurt.

Well, the next thing I knew I heard a car running towards us at full speed specifically at me and Kenny.

We crossed the road but we weren't paying attention.

My eyes widened and suddenly I couldn't feel anything.

I was frozen while the car was moving so fast that I didn't even have the time to react.

I couldn't nor scream. Nothing at all.

Maybe I should have listened to Kyle.

Before I knew it I was being thrown on the hard concrete ground and I screamed at the sudden movement.

My body couldn't process what just happened because I was in shock.

But I snapped back into reality and pain is what I felt.

My head hit the ground pretty hard but I realized I wasn't the one who got hit with the car.

I slowly got up and saw Kenny laying on the hard ground bleeding out.

Once I saw his state tears swelled up in my eyes. "Kenny!" I screamed as I ignored the pain surrounding my body as I felt an adrenaline rush run right through me and I held his face in my palms.

Tears fell down my cheeks like a waterfall as I saw my friend bleeding out and slowly dying in front of me.

My stomach turned in disgust. I felt as if I was going to puke my guts out as my heart rate was very high.

"No no no! Kenny, wake up!" I panicked as my voice trembled with fear and anger.

So many mixed emotions ran through me. I didn't know what to do or what to think.

I stressed at his current state who layed lifeless in front of me.

I checked his paluse and nothing.

I screamed.

"Oh my god...they killed Kenny..." Stan said slowly "You bastards!" Kyle yelled in anger then more sadness.

There was blood everywhere. My face, my head, my hands, his body, and the ground. Not just blood. Kenny's blood, my friend's blood was on me.

I felt a strong pair of arms pick me up from the ground. I fought back by screaming and crying but it was of no use.

He was dead. Like he was actually dead and I couldn't do a thing about it.

"No! I can't leave him!" I cried out but still, it was useless.

My heart ached just looking at him and my voice was tired and cracky as my body cried for a bed.

I grew tired and lost all of my energy. I took my last breath before passing out.

—————————————————————————Sorry guys for killing y'all's favorite man so soon but it was going to happen eventually and I just couldn't wait any longer. I got impatient and decided to drop the soap (Ayo 💀) and just get it over and done with. But, anyways I hoped you enjoyed this short chapter.
