Chapter 3

A normal day at the academy

Minami and Naruto were early to the academy today.

Minami was lazily scribbling at the desk and Naruto was roaming here and there.

"A masterpiece!" Minami muttered looking at her sketch.

She was a bit of a narcissistic person.

She was a hard worker, but she really liked to praise herself.

Nowadays, her new rival was Sasuke.

She would constantly ask him his marks after a test was taken.

Minami was more skilled than Sasuke, but due to her being really bad at taijutsu, she always came second right after him.

Minami was overly serious and she took a lot of tension and pressure during the exams.

Well, she did like training, but her favorite thing was to make sketches of people.

It was kind of like a new hobby to her.

She would draw anywhere if she gets the chance.

Her drawings were really good and worth praising.

Minami is also a foodie.

During lunch breaks, she tastes each and every tiffin box.

Her favorite lunch was Sasuke's and Hinata's.

While Sasuke would bring salty and spicy food, Hinata would bring sweets like cinnamon rolls.

"You are here already?" Sasuke opens the door and says to Minami.

"Yeah."

"Oi Sasuke‐teme! I challenge you for a fight! This time I will definitely defeat you, believe it!!" Naruto shouts.

Sasuke just 'hn' ed and took his usual seat next to the window without saying a word.

He was so anti‐social that even Minami, who could make friends with anyone, felt uncomfortable around him!

Minami and Sasuke talked really often, but it was mostly about each other's marks.

Minami's best friend was definitely Hinata! She told her literally everything.

Minami was much of a talker and Hinata was always listening to what she was saying.

Hinata also helped her out with her taijutsu sometimes.

They had become really close to each other in these years.

Some of Minami's good friend were Shikamaru, Chouji and Sasuke.

She got along really well with them.

Minami also had many admirers, especially her juniors.

She was labeled as the 'kind and pretty Onee‐San'.

Yeah, Minami was really pretty.

A straight posture, a long and slender neck, a thin figure, unruly red hair, slightly tanned but fair and healthy skin, beautiful Asian eyes and long fingers.
