Jimin awoke to find himself in Jungkooks bed the others arm across his naked waist.NAKED?!?!
Yep! Definitely undressed...,Damn it what was going on?
"Your thoughts are waking me up,"
Jimin turned to see a sleep mussed Jungkook staring at him,he tried to look indignant but it was hard when the devil on his shoulder wanted him to kiss the other .
"I thought we agree I would have my own room?"
"Nah you said it not me.."
"And I'm undressed why?"
"I'd like to say it was so I could have my wicked way with you but you looked uncomfortable in your clothes so I just stripped them off."
"So you didn't want to....you know?"
"Jimin you were tired and sound asleep,so of course I wouldn't ."
For some reason Jimin felt a bit upset,...
"It's the scars isn't it...., they are not very attractive..."
"Jimin are you really asking if I want to fuck you?"
"It's ok....I don't like them either...."
"Don't be stupid Jimin they don't make you who you are and they aren't even that bad and will fade.."
Jimin just gave a fake smile...," sure..."
Jungkook could see the other didn't believe him so he flipped the cover off himself showing his aroused member.
"Does this show you your still desirable?"
Jimin went crimson turning his face away but secretly smiling, until his eyes saw the clock.
"Fuck!!the court!!"
He jumped out of bed nearly falling, Jungkook hurriedly got up too.
"Shit my clothes are downstairs..."
"Calm down, go shower and dress, we will pick coffee up on the way."
Jimin ran downstairs naked, all embarrassment gone.He took a very quick shower and dressed,drying his hair quickly.
He held his aching side,Damn he was unfit.
He got to the kitchen to find Jungkook ready to go and eating some fruit.
"Here eat this in the car,"
Jimin took the apple and banana and they both left. Jungkook stopped at a nearby coffee shop dashing in and coming out with two takeaway coffees.
Jimin finished eating and sipped his coffee.Arriving at the courthouse they saw they had ten minutes before the case started.
Jungkook gulped his coffee and they both went in to be greeted by Eunwoo.
"Jimin they want to call you as a witness so you can't go in yet."
"Kookie go in ...."
"I can wait with you.."
"No let him see you.., let him know we mean business,"
Jungkook nodded and went inside.
The case started and Jungkook watched and listened as witnesses came forward only to be made to look like liars by the defense.
The prosecutor then called Jimin who walked in proudly even though his antagoniser was smirking and making subtle gestures about slitting his throat.
"Mr Park, you took over your fathers perceived debts?"
"Yes sir."
"Objection there was nothing perceived my client has the contract Mr park senior signed " the defense bleated out.
"Your honour we have proof that the contract the defenses client has is false,"
"You may carry on,"
"Mr Park..,Jimin you came to realise that all was not as it seemed with the debt?"
"Yes,unfortunately I never fully checked when I took over the debt, my parents had just died and the grief affected me, when I was confronted with the contract shown it all seemed in order. Due to my friends helping me pay off what should have been a last payment I came to find the true fraudulent nature of the defenses client."
"Objection!"
"Over ruled."
"Jimin besides the death of your parents how did this all affect you?"
"My parents name was tarnished, individuals somehow became aware of the debt so avoided me, some companies wouldn't employ me as I was ' the Parks' son, they thought I couldn't be trusted."
"So you believe your life was basically ruined by a criminal who ran fraudulent companies?"
"Objection your honour where's the proof,"
"Where are you going with this?"
"Your honour all will be revealed in the next few minute."
"Objection overruled "
"Jimin, you were recently in hospital I believe can you tell us why?"
"I was shot by the defences client ,he tried to kill a friend and I got in the way when I was fleeing from him after he found I was wearing a wire for the police ."
"Your witness, " the prosecutor said to the defence attorney.
"Mr Park you are so certain of this information yet my client says everything is above board, isn't it true you only did this because you are trying to take back the investment that my client legally took over?"
"No sir, I wore a wire in which your client indicated how easy it was to get my parents killed by threatening my safety , I also found out he has different false companies where you assume that you are paying someone else but it's a subsidiary of his one company?"
"So knowing this you went on your own to talk to someone you assumed was a villain?"
"Yes, I confronted him, he said I'd be stupid to go to the police he made other threats then a fight broke out shots were heard he grabbed me trying to strangle me."
"Of course you have witnesses?"
"There were people there."
"The police I presume your talking about?"
"And his men, I'm sure your client told you?"
The defense attorney reddened ,he was not succeeding in riling Jimin up.
"This 'famous' wire tap, I've heard it and at parts it cuts out,particularly the area you say he confessed to killing your parents, my client says you told him your parents had been killed not the other way around.he also says you were very threatening and he was scared for his life when the police attacked without warning.., tell me Mr Park isn't this all a ruse on your part ..., aren't you just sick and tired at how far you've fallen from rich kid to scraping by..., isn't it true that your even cohabiting with your current boss?"
"Sir....,do you forget why we are here? I'm not on trial your client is. I'm well aware of how people perceive me now, but my conscience is clear, I work legitamately for my money can your client say the same?"
Titters of laughter went around the courtroom.
"Your honour, move to strike that last remark on the grounds it's inflammatory against my client!"
"Overruled counsellor, you started this line of questioning by trying to discredit the witness."
The counsellor huffed then.....
"Mr Park..., you do realise my client legitimately holds the company your father started up so he will still own it despite the outcome of this trial..., your not going to be able to get anything? "
"Sir..., I suggest you sit back and enjoy the ride."
"Defense rests your honour,"
"Prosecution would like to readdress the witness,"
"Go ahead,"
"At this time we would like to put in exhibit eight,your honour it's a recording from house cameras of Mr Park senior with the defendant."
"Your honour I haven't seen this," the defense counsellor blustered.
"Your honour I made the defense office aware of it last night also exhibit 8 which corroborates Mr Park Jimins claims."
"Go ahead,"
The video was shown on the screen everyone could see and hear the threats.gasps came from the jury and those seated in the courts.
"Jimin what is the date of the recording?"
"They day my parents were killed by a hit and run driver."
"Thank you and now next exhibit,"
The true contract was shown signed by both men and dated, stamped with their seal.
Next to it was the forged document with the changes and the seal on Mr Parks signature with slight differences.
"Your honour, members of the jury, Mr Parks seal was still with his son, it has been forensically examined and shows the second document is a forgery. The ensuing debt his son has been paying us null and void and we request the court to sign over the company to Mr Park Jimin."
"NO HE CANT, ITS MINE YOU HEAR ME!! MINE!"
The criminal jumped up from his seat trying to get to Jimin fury all over his face. His lawyer trying to calm him down.
"Sit down !" The judge ordered," I will refer this to the relevant department but see no reason for Mr Park not to get back his company also the incumbent loans he's been paying will be taken from the defence's accounts., now is that all it seems we have heard the evidence?"
"Your honour we have four written statements by employees of the defence stating how their boss defrauded people, incited violence against those who tried standing up against him and one kept a detailed diary of unlawful acts committed, these men know they will be going to jail but they will have time served while awaiting trial taken off any sentence."
"Agreed,right let the jury be taken away to discuss amongst themselves,court adjourned!"
The courtroom emptied and Jimin walked to where Eunwoo and Jungkook were.
"Was it ok?" Jimin asked anxiously.
"You were amazing Jimin, now we have to wait for the verdict."
As Jungkook and Jimin walked out they were surrounded by journalists shouting questions.
"Is he guilty"
"Are you sleeping with your boss is it true,"
"Why didn't you realise all this before Mr Park,"
Jimin felt himself shaking he put his head down to avoid the cameras, Jungkook put his arm round him trying to push through.
"Aren't you Mr Parks boss? Do you feel used by him?"
"Do you believe your employee Mr Jeon or is it like father like son?"
Jungkook stopped glaring at the journalists, he spoke out.
"You call yourself journalists? True journalists don't make up the stories they pursue the truth. You should be ashamed of your insinuations. Jimin is the most trustworthy person I know, he hasn't used me far from it, I would gladly have paid the debts off if it was true, but the defense is a criminal, he ruled by fear and your insinuations show you'd rather listen to a fraudster like him than a good honest man like Jimin."
A few of the journalists had the grace to look guilty but one spoke out.
"Why so keen to help him Mr Jeon you sure your not getting certain...,benefits?"
A gasp was heard amongst the other journalists.
Jungkook stared at the man.., "your from k seoul news right..., isn't that your boss on trial? You should be careful after today you may no longer have a job...as to Jimin why shouldn't I help my fiancé ?"
With that bombshell he pushed through and got to his car, once they were both inside  he drove of quickly glancing at Jimin to see a stunned look on his face.
"You ok?"
"Am I ok? You just told the press I'm your fucking fiancé , how am I going to get out of that without them calling us liars?!?!"
