11 Call

As soon as we got to Yuzuha's we all passed out, the girls ended up staying the night from just how tired everyone was. I checked my phone first thing as I woke up, texts from Ran.

Ran: Hey

Ran: Can I see you? I wanna talk

I wanted to call him right there but stalled, if I did and everyone found out they would be pissed. And the nagging! We made breakfast and talked about last night, apparently I missed seeing Eimi and Hakkai kissing. "Well can I see now?" I asked making everyone laughed, they were a cute blushing mess. "So Yurie, Mitsuya?" Yuki asked, "What about him?" I swayed, "Any calls, texts, kisses, anything?" I thought back, "Maybe? Maybe not." I winked, "Whattttttt" they jumped in response. "I never kiss and tell." I waved my hand, "Nawww." They all said in union. I remembered the kiss but I wasn't gonna admit it, plus Hakkai was here who knows what he'll relay back.

"So what are everyone's thoughts on Oasis?" Hakkai asked, "I liked it." Yuki and Eimi responded, "Me too." I said, "Although you can't get too wild there. The last place Yuzuha took us you could get ratchet and have your phones on you." "Yea that's true." Roe agreed, "Hey maybe we should go to one in Roppongi?" Yuzuha suggested, I signed. "I don't know," I said covering my face. "I feel like that would just cause drama." I sighed, "I'll think about it," I looked at them. "Remember what I said you gotta make Roponggi yours," Roes advised and reminded me. "Yea yea! Just give me some time!" I sighed.

We went home after breakfast, I had posted some pictures before we left to the club. Looking at the phone and the pictures my mind wandered. I was debating about texting him, Should I? Or should I be true to my word?  I told myself I'd wait until home to make my decision.

I took a shower my mind lingered on Ran, but as I thought more about it the more complicated my thoughts got. I was really starting to heal by going out and meeting new people. If I called Ran I know I'd fall back and live a life just by his side while he left and did business. But on the other hand honestly I missed him, small things that reminded me of him alway punched me in the gut.

?: Hey boss lady got time to talk?

Oh shit I forgot about what my uncle said!

Yurie: Sure!

The phone call came in, "Hello!" I smiled into the phone, "Princess!" My uncle sung, "Hey! Did you enjoy your self last night?!" I laughed remembering when he had me and Roe dancing. "Of course! And you?" I sighed, "I loved it!" I smiled, "So what'd you wanna talk about?" I jumped on bed. "Well how do you want me to lay it out to you? Real or softly?" I rolled my eyes, "Keep it 100!" I asked, "Real." He chuckled on the other side of the phone. "Alright heres the deal, almost all the mother fucker there at the club are involved in a gang or Yakuza." He paused for a reaction, "I figured that much." My voice sounding annoyed, "And well your uncle is involved in some car business with them." I hummed, "Well its pretty obvious you do shady shit!" I rolled my eyes, "Did Haitani ever mention anything?" He suddenly asked, making me jolt. "Never," my voice getting low just by his name. "Anyways, people are probably gonna try to be nice to you since they know who your are to me now." Slowly the dots started connecting, "Get in good graces with me," I hummed. "And well I need you to be cautious, guard your self from new people. They may ask you questions, all you gotta say is you let the men deal with the business. Or just direct them to me." His cockiness was starting to show through, "Got it. Talk to my boss." I turned around staring at the ceiling, he chuckled. "Exactly," I jumped up as a thought came to me. "Hey how'd you get my number? And how do you know about Ran?" A louder chuckle boomed in, "Your dad. And Haitani, well I keep tabs on you kids." My stomach turned at the memories of my escapades with Ran. "Oh God!" Nausea coming up, "Yea that's what I said when you would leave his apartment the next morning." "Oh no!" I yelled a little into the phone, "Don't do that!" I cried my face beet red, "I've reduced your whereabouts after a while trust me." The embarrasement was too much, "So just do me a favor and tell me where your going for the night when you go out to make things easier." "I guess," taking a deep breath. "Hey but your friend Roe, does she have a boyfriend?" My mouth gaped open, "Don't even go there?!" He chuckled, "Okay! Okay! I was also gonna ask, you got a job?"

By the end of the night and end of the conversation I'd forgotten about calling Ran. And more excited about my new little job opportunity with my uncle.

***Rindou looked over to his brother, he moped around not in the best mood. He felt for his brother, he was doing good at the beginning but a couple months passed he started to regret everything. Ran really did or does love Yurie.***
