I was still trying to found ari. I decided since i couldn't find her i might as well go home. But as the real friend that i am i didn't cause why would you hang out wit somebody and leave without them knowing. That just doesn't make no sense at all.

I gave up on trying to look for her so i decided to just call her.

Once i dialed her number she answered but it didn't sound like her and the person that was on the phone was breathing mad hard. i was confused cause who tf took her phone.

"Ari?" i asked sounding confused. After i said that i heard muffling over the loud music. "Hello?" i said seeing if she was there cause she need to respond. "who is this" Ari spoke loudly. This girl can't be serious i thought. "It's serenity" i said annoyed.

After i said that i heard the music cut off outside and was just playing inside and the music coming from where ari was at was still playing. So she was obviously inside.

I walked inside and saw her at the VIP section where i was at before.

As i was walking up to her i see a dark skinned man he was short though. "Girl where have you been, i've been looking all over for you" i said frustrated. "Girl what's going on wit yo shirt" Ari said scrunching up her face. I looked down at my shirt and remembered what happened. "This guy threw up on me" i said explaining what happened. "you smell good though" ari said smiling. "i know". "Girl don't get to full of yourself" she said laughing.

"Anyways, like i was saying this bitch be boring she don't even do shit she just be in the house doing nothing" ari said talking about me to the dark skinned guy. "excuse me" i said scrunching up my face. Then ari start laughing "Girl i'm just joking." she says continuing to laugh. "But anyways, serenity this is kai, kai this is serenity" ari says randomly introducing us.

"Oh so this the girl duke was talkin about" Kai said pointing at me. "Who?" i said acting confused but i definitely knew who he was talking about. "Girl you know who duke is" Ari said. "Duke Dennis?" i said acting like i realized who they was talking about. "yea" Kai said smiling. "he's actually here now" kai said. "Oh really" i said nervously. "Yea, should i call him over here?" Kai asked me and ari. "Nah" "Yea" Me and ari said in sync. "why you don't want him to come over?" Ari asked knowing why. "I'm just really tired, and i don't want my body to be in pain" I said trying to make an excuse. "Girl what?" Ari said scrunching up her face and kai looking confused.

"Yea, i'm just really tired and don't wanna talk to nobody" i said putting my hand on my face. "too much to drink?" Ari asked. "mhm" i hummed lying like shit. "Maybe duke would make you feel better" Ari said trying to change my mind about him coming over. "Yo, duke" kai yelled waving him over"

"Oh god" i thought.

"wassup" i heard a deep voice say knowing who it was. "can you take 'serenity' to the bathroom real quick" Ari said emphasizing my name. I rolled my eyes while she said that.

"Is she good?" Duke said sounding concerned. "Yea she just puked a few hours ago" Ari said making up an excuse for us to be alone. "Ohh" duke said. I looked up at him he was so fine wit his grills in.

I got up from the seat and headed to the bathroom with him following me.

As i hit the lady's bathroom i turn around and look at him. "I'm not sick" i say while laughing. "you not?, then why she say that" duke says pointing with his thumb. "i guess she was trying to make us talk to each other somehow." i say shrugging. "well, i mean i was gon talk to you anyways." duke says laughing showing his glistening grills. I start laughing as well.

"You wanna sit back down?" i ask him. "yea of course" duke say nodding.

We get back to where ari and kai was sitting. "Was she ok?" ari asked still trying to lie about me throwing up. "She fine" duke says looking confused a little.

duke starts walking to this couch area in the back of the club. He sits down and moves his head motioning me to come over.

I get up from where i was sitting where ari was next to me. "Where you goin?" ari ask with a confused face. "Over there" i say directing my head where duke is. Then ari just nods her head with a smile.

i was going over where duke was and sat down. "So how you been?" he ask looking at his sparkling watch. "Good, i really just been chillin for real, not doing much tho" i say looking at him. "Mhm, so you just be in the house doing nothing?" he asked looking at me as well. "yea, i guess, there's really nothing for me to do" i say slowly. "Mmcht, there a lot of shit in LA for you to do" he says softly . "like what?" i asked curiously. "i can't name the shit but you could find out if you hang" duke says smiling. "I mean i guess" i said laughing with him laughing as well.

We start talking for a few more hours talking about what we like and about other stuff.

i start laughing at a joke he made.

"Bro why would you do that type of shit tho!" i said still laughing. Then suddenly i stopped laughing when i heard my name being called loudly.

"Serenity!" i hear ari yell for no reason, standing by the outside door. "What" i said dryly. "common, drive me home" ari says waving her hand in a gesture for me to go.

I turn to duke. "Well ima see you soon" i say while getting up with him getting up as well. I start walking to the entrance door. "hol up, lemme get yo number" duke says getting his phone out. "Oh yea, i forgot about that" i said getting my phone out as well.

we exchange our numbers. And i left.

hey y'all i'm bck with this story again and i will start posting on this story again!!! i finally got the energy to do it bc when i started this story it's when school started and i was really tired and and bored but it's over now!! and the story is longer like i wanted it!!
