Lucifer, not wasting any time horsing around, orders his new servant Angela to begin working and doing small jobs around the Castle. As he likes his women to be submissive and take on traditional roles, he has her begin cleaning his personal chambers.

While Lucifer was handling his horde of demons resting at the mercy of his finger tips, he was sent a message from his father. Almighty God. A translated transcript from an ancient mythological language in English reads as follows.

"You have not been forgiven for your crimes. However, I allow you to keep Angela and use her as you please."

A shocked Lucifer holds the scroll in his bony hands, trembling as they just manage to halt it from falling to the ground.

Meanwhile....

Angela begins making Lucifer's bed, cleaning his clothes and scraping off any dirt in his room. Proceeding to add some heavenly touch in this house of a thousand corpses.

Then suddenly, Lucifer barges into his room in shambles. Without even breaking a sweat, Angela spins around in complete shock. Picking himself back up, Lucifer questions Angela on the truth of her being in hell.

"I can't go back, I've tried." She replies with a defeated sigh, looking at the floor beneath their feet.

Lucifer then slowly walks up to her, getting right up into her face. All while she can't bear to look into his dead yet hypnotic eyes. And still she could feel a sense of safety, radiating from his masculine energy, as they stared for what felt like hours. All until Lucifer breaks the silence.

"You weren't sent down here to talk sense into me. You were banished from heaven, weren't you? Tell me I'm wrong. I've seen this before. You've tried to go back to heaven, but can't."

Angela tried to hide her face as their gaze broke off from the accusation being thrusted down her throat. She replied with a tone of desperation.

"Please your majesty. I just want to stay here with you forever. God sent me down here as a punishment for something I did. Little did he know that I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."

"What was it that you did?" Lucifer questioned and interrogated her with assertiveness.

Trying to hide her face with her hands, just barely able to make out a whisper of what really happened. "I couldn't stop reading the stories about you. I just found you so interesting that I couldn't resist coming down here. And now I can't go back."

It was at this point that she began to tremble, accidentally moving closer into his arms. Seemingly wanting to be comforted. A concerned devil initiates a sudden and unconscious reflex, and puts one of his strong arms around her soft and smooth waist. With the other on the back of her head. Bringing her in for a tender and gentle hug.

Feeling a sense of love that he had never felt in since he was created by God, and held in the arms of his mother. Flashbacks started to strike Lucifer's eyes as he embraces Angela in a secure lock as she presses an ear to his cold, still beating heart. Not feeling anything radiating from his chest, he pushes her away, but barely keeping himself under control.

A puzzled Lucifer ordered her to continue with her tasks. Rushing into his private study, in the fifth room, on the second floor of the endless maze that was the devil's castle. Contemplating what to do with her now that the truth has been revealed.

Troubled and traumatised, he remembers what life was like back in the Silver City in the clouds. Just barely stopping even a single tiny tear from leaking out of his suffered and forgotten eyeless holes. It is said that if you stare too long into the eyes of the Dark Lord, your mind will become deranged. Forcing your soul to submit to the Devil.
