His room was starting to gleam with the sun's rays. The light slowly went towards the bed, onto the sheets, then onto his face. Sam has woken up when the sun's ray's has hit his eyes. Bewildered, he sat up from his bed and stretched his arms forward. Waking himself up. Still drowsy, he manages to get up from bed and wobbles towards the bathroom. While walking there, he saw his phone lying on the table, blinking and vibrating. He walked over to where it is and took a glance. He saw a message from his group chat. Its from Felicity.
"Hey everyone, today is my cousin Adit's 18th birthday. We are inviting you to come to his resort here at Labak, to celebrate it.We hope you all would come."
One by one everyone from the group is starting to see the message and has been bombarding the chat with heart emoticons and repeated sentences like; sure I would love to, oh yes, and yup!
Sam, who is now fully awake didn't do any of it; instead he just stood there standing and contemplating if he would go or not. Then he received a private message from someone, it's his closest friend Mosh. He stated:
"Bro, will you be coming?"
Sam replied:
" I am actually not that sure, I am still thinking about it at the moment."
"Bro don't think about it, come join us HAHAHAHAH"
" Dude it's the middle of December, it's cold."
" Nahhh bro, you will be coming, I said so HAHAHAH"
Before Sam could rebuttal, Mosh already messaged their group chat that Sam would go. Everyone in the GC is thrilled to see that everyone including him is going. Seeing this, Sam couldn't help but put his hand on his face knowing that he has to go now. Felicity is typing again, she messaged the time and where they will be picked up from. They need to meet at Mosh's house before 10 (American Time). Reading the message made him look at the time, it's almost eight o clock. He decided to pack his things since he really has nothing else to do. He turned off his phone and started walking around his room, looking for his bag. While searching, his phone is vibrating endlessly and is starting to fall off the table it's on. Sam hurriedly went to his phone to check out what's wrong with it. He turned his phone on again and saw that Mosh was the one messaging him. He opened his chats and saw that Mosh is apologizing to him.
"Bro sorry if I forced you to come"
The message being sent repeatedly. Sam didn't think much of it and brushed it off. He started to pack again the stuff he is going to bring. He is packing his: toothbrush, 2-3 extra clothes ( because why not?), Deodorant, and slippers. After done packing he looked at the clock again, it's only 9:10. Since he still has some time he thought of taking a light shower. He went through his closet to look for his towel, upon searching, his phone is vibrating again but he ignored it this time. When he found his towel, he went to his bathroom opened it and went inside. When he got inside his phone is vibrating endlessly, again...
