IX

CHAPTER 9; NOTES
After the little secret was out everybody continued on with dinner, despite the two big surprises the dinner turned out pretty fun and the group ended up staying a bit later than they planned since the time seemed as if it flew by.
..

Yunjin and Yeonjun ended up bickering alot that night whenever Yeonjun tried to sneak a tease towards Beomgyu but even so beomgyu was thankful for Yunjin and stayed in a good mood because of it, it felt nice knowing someone would stand up for him like that.
Everybody else on the other hand minded their business or laughed a bit whenever insults were being thrown across the table from the pair.

" We should probably get going soon, it's almost 11 pm and the restaurant is gonna be closing soon too. " Soobin who was the only one that kept quiet and wasn't acting wild finally spoke up from the group as he raised his phone and showed everyone the time.

" Aw man tonight was so fun though, " Taehyun stretched with a yawn, his hand accidentally hitting Sakura who was eyeing him with a sudden turn of the head when she felt her head get pushed to the side almost choking on her sushi.

" oh sorry.. " Taehyun quickly apologized before his sister could raise her hand. " Anyways, we should listen to soobin. We have big plans in the next 3 days before we fly out to juju island, I'm sure we're gonna need all the rest we need. " Winter smiled gathering up some of her things onto her lap as everybody else agreed with nods as they finished up eating.

Beomgyu was thinking as he stared at Yeonjun, chewing on the interior of his cheek nervously as the others were distracted. He stopped after some seconds went by and grabbed a tissue and a pen, writing something down on the tissue and folding it. He kicked yeonjuns leg under the table which of course immediately got the other's attention as he looked at him weirdly when he saw Beomgyu eating normally. His eyes averted down underneath the table once he saw a hand holding a piece of tissue trying to get his attention.

He grabbed the tissue and opened it as Beomgyu's hand retracted itself quickly. He read it and scoffed a bit,

' I know you hate me and all that, but please don't tell spread rumors about me being you know.. I'd do anything just please don't. - beomgyu ' His handwriting was sloppy and barely readable but it made sense since it was on tissue paper but still, he could've at least used the extra room to make it neater. 

Yeonjun grabbed a pen from his pocket and replied, folding it back up once he was done and held the note up underneath the table waiting patiently for Beomgyu to notice. Once he did beomgyu took it back and read it, ' How bad do you really think I am? ' Beomgyu held onto the tissue a bit harder suddenly feeling slightly bad once he looked up and saw Yeonjun eating his food slightly more gloomy, it was barely noticeable but Beomgyu could notice it.

Then again he was just making fun of him a few minutes ago so was this just him trying to make Beomgyu feel bad for him? How annoying.

He continued reading though when he saw more writing and blinked a few times.

' you probably looked at me, didn't you? I know I'm good looking no need to stare :)
Haha anyways I have secrets of my own too, yeah your right I don't like you but I'm not that mean. Like I said though at the library I want something from you and so in return for keeping your little secret I want something back, we can talk about what you have to offer outside. I'll walk you home I guess since we live close. - Yeonjun '
Damn was it a lot.

Beomgyu looked back up and saw Yeonjun staring at him with a smirk, he rolled his eyes and put the tissue in his pocket, and gave him a look as a signal of a ' sure '  as Yeonjun held up a thumbs up and got up seeing as everybody else did too.

" I have to get going, thank you guys for the dinner by the way! " Beomgyu smiled and bowed as he grabbed his stuff and stood up holding a coat in his arms, " Of course, and make sure to get home safely! " Yunjin smiled and so did everyone else aside from Mr popular emo in the corner, " We're gonna stay behind to pay off the bill, so go ahead. " Mingyu waved a bye as he grabbed his wallet out of his pocket.

Beomgyu did what he was told and walked out tossing a tissue into the trash can nearby.

Yeonjun turned to the side and pulled out his wallet as well. He placed 200$ on the table and walked out waving a goodbye, " Yah we were all going to pay a portion! " Yunjin waved her wallet around yelling at Yeonjun who pushed open the door and laughed a bit turning around.

" Just use the damn money, I have to catch up with this idiot over here. If you don't want it then keep it, that's my apology for not being on ' behavior ' like I said I would. " yeonjun winked and walked out the door mischievously.

Yunjin sighed and decided on using the money anyways, everyone making jokes about it and soon enough left right after.

Yunjin and her girlfriend were the last to leave since they were the ones who even made the reservation and it took forever to finally pay the bill since the waiter was taking forever.
Before they walked out Yunjin looked over at the trash can and pulled out the tissue,

" ew he probably used that for his nose! " Winter made a disgusted face as she clung onto Yunjin's arm, " I would never touch this if he did.. he didn't though because I saw him and yeonjun using this to talk secretly from the corner of my eye.. " she unraveled the tissue and widened her eyes a bit seeing the big paragraph suddenly. Winter leaned her head in as she was also surprised and read it.

"Woah.. so the two enemies have a secret exchange? " Yunjin looked over at Winter with a smirk, winter smirked right back and clicked her tongue. " I know it's bad to be nosy but is it bad I wanna know what it is.. " Winter whispered, "No I do too.. seems pretty serious.. but what would Yeonjun want from Beomgyu out of all people? " Yunjin pondered as she tucked the tissue into her pocket, "Maybe they're doing something.. " Winter winked.

" Ew I don't wanna think about that! And there's no way.. Beomgyu doesn't even let people hug him or even touch him, he wouldn't let his all-time enemy even dare to! " Yunjin defended.

" Yeonjun has his ways, and I saw Yeonjun pinning up Beomgyu last week when we went to go eat actually, so I mean you never know. " winter pushed the door open and they walked out together, resting her head on yunjins shoulder. " And you never told me?! " Yunjin was in disbelief. " I was but I forgot about it, sorryyy " Winter apologized for keeping the secret away from her girlfriend with a peck on the cheek.

" oh well, but now it makes me curious.. are the two most popular boys really enemies or are they secretly a.. " she turned to Winter,
" couple? Haha sounds like something out of a Kdrama but maybe! "
