Tim's life flashes before his eyes for the first time whilst he accepts the fact he is going to die. Closing his eyes, waiting for it all to end.
Suddenly Dane grabs the gf was women's arm and tosses her away and yells "DO NOT KILL HIM" the women the scoffs and says "SO YOU ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU CARE ABOUT HUMANS?" He then looks back and forth and says "no it's just.." he then looks back at Tim, face turning red and reluctantly and irritatingly continues "h-him!"
Tim then let's out a massive exhale and shakes his head slowly "what the fuck is going on here?" Dane then sighs and say "I'll explain, just.. come to my room with me." He then looks back at the women and says "this is my girlfriend, Amber.. and.." Tim then raises an eyebrow and adds "aand??" Amber interrupts and says "we're fucking vampires, deal with it."
Tim's heart drops to his stomach and he ponders and says "vampires.. loving among us!???" Then lady then smiles and widens her eyes and says "yes alongside, angels, demons, werewolves, witches, all that what not!" Dane then gives amber a look and she then quits spouting. He then looks a Tim and says "I'll tell you everything if we could just go to my room." Tim then nods and follows him up the red carpeted staircase to his room.
Upon entering the room is very delicate, black walls and candles to light it up and steel bars at the roofs of the big windows that reside in the modern antique room Dane resides in, he also has a big beautiful California king sized bed made of beautiful soft leather material with a very unique design.
In the corner there's a small coffee table, Dane then invites Tim to sit down with him. Dane then smacks his lips and asks "so what is the real reason why you followed me home?" Tim then exclaims "because I just wanted to hango"- Dane cuts him off "don't lie to me." Tim roles his eyes and admits "fine, the truth is I noticed how on Thursdays and Fridays how you look half dead and your personality was the same. But on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, you looked better then okay."
Dane clearly looks happily startled but you can also clearly tell he's trying to hide it. While trying to hide a smile Dane asks "define better then okay?" Tim can clearly tell he seemed flattered by the compliment but horribly hides the fact. "I-I didn't mean anything by it or anything.." he looks at the floor and Dane. Dane looks at the floor and irresistibly smirks at the ground failing at hiding it. Tim then asks "so what made you want to save me, do you have a "I don't kill humans" complex like all the movies?" Dane then says "no I could care less about humans it's just"- Tim then insists "just what??" Dane then turns red and you can clearly tell he's agitated "just....... Can we please just talk about something else?"
Tim then complies and says "so what if this place?" Dane then replies with "this place is called a covenant, a covenant is a castle/mansion that holds a community of vampires within them, covenants have existed since the birth of vampires which was eons ago."
Tim then curiously asks "so why are you telling me this, aren't vampires a secret?" Dawn then looks up and back at tim and says "of course we're a secret it's just I want you to know everything just in case you get false superstitions of my kind." Tim then squints his eyes "even if I did get superstitions why would it matter to you." Dane then says "well because you could go spouting it around to our co workers instead of keeping it a secret." Tim then asks "do vampires have weaknesses?" Tim then says "yes, the sun and wooden stakes kill us, crosses and garlic etc do not."
Tim then says "those are all of my questions for now, so what will happen to me after this?" Dane then contemplates and looks down at the floor and thinks for a second and concludes that "you should stay here, in my coven under my wing." Tim then debates "why would I stay here?" Dane then says "well first your behind in bills and the pay we get to that shitty job isn't helping us at all, and you've got no support from you family either. Tim then gets up of his seat and back away "h-how do you know that did you stalk me?"
Dane then says no, at work when you were on break you left your diary you frequently write in on the table"- Tim then cuts him off "you read it??" Dane then assured Tim "no, i didnt.. it was Dallas he started reading it aloud and I could help but hear it." Tim then puts hand over his mouth "w-why would he do that.??" Dane then says "no idea, so is it a deal?" Tim then says "are there any other humans here?" Dane then says "of course there are many humans here that are under the wings of vampires, we call them.. thralls." Tim's eyes then widen "thralls? I'm gonna be your human blood bank??"
Dane then says "it's just once a week, in exchange for this residence, be drinking from you won't hurt at all in fact when your a thrall it feels quite euphoric for them." Tim then questions "how could it feel euphoric for thralls, aren't they regular people?" Dane then answers "technically they are, they just underwent a blood ritual for the vampire that claimed them." Tim then asks "does it hurt?" Dane shakes his head no Tim then complies "Then let's get this over with, so how do you do this blood ritual?"
Dane then smirks and says "glad you made the right choice, just do exactly as I say.. open your mouth." Tim complies and opens it Dane then bites his wrist, and his vampiric blood squirts out and he puts it inTim a mouth "don't swallow it." Dane says. Dane then take Tim's wrist and bites it and he tastes some of his blood. And doesn't swallow it. Dane then presses his bloody lips up onto Tim's lips as they kiss each other euphorically, Tim's head goes blank and he feels like he's under a type of high as Dane kisses him. Afterwards they both then swallow each others mixed blood down.
Tim looks up to see Dane's face change a little bit during the exchange looking more dead like ambers face did before going back to normal afterwards. Dane then says "you are my thrall now and we are half bonded by blood." Tim can barely think straight because he's under such a high. Dane then chuckles and says "yep you sure are in the thick of it right now, im sure your feeling amazing." Tim then slowly nods and falls back on Dane's bed Dane then lays beside him and asks "may I have some more blood? Tim then slowly nods.
Dane bites into benjiro wrist slowly drinking some more blood up and Dane says "your blood is quite sufficient!"
