Dear 2114

Dear 2114,                   Hello I am Amanda, I am currently 13 years old and I live in a small town. I have made many mistakes in my life, I have had my ups and downs, everyone will. But all I have to say is, you will get through it. I know many people would have said it already and many people have a way to escape the downs of life, music, books, painting, drawing, fighting, food, cooking, baking, watching movies or whatever it may be! Mine is reading. Reading is a great way to escape life into a fictional world of bliss. Sometimes I wish I could live in the fictional world but I would probably die in the first 2 minutes, haha. My advice for you is that even though sometimes you may feel alone and down but there is someone always there for you, no matter what. My person for me I believe is a 4 year old ghost called Eva. Some people may not believe in ghosts but I do. All I am saying is even in your ups, downs, mistakes and relationships someone will be there, whether it's a ghost, a toy, a friend, a family member or an animal. Another piece of advice is be active. I think in the future the technology is going to be so much more advanced than ours now, meaning people will spend more time indoors playing games. Go outside and have fun! Whether it's skipping, dancing, running, swimming or tree climbing, do something to keep you in shape and healthy. One of my main regrets of life is staying inside a lot, so that when it came to aths days at school I would get tired easily and it saddens me.I hope you take the advice above and as well as my last piece of advice, FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!! As a scribbler moon I have always loved drawing and I want to do something with that trait of mine. I am currently following my dreams, I have been drawing more art and giving them to friends and family, I have been working hard at dancing, I finish up to 5 books a week and I am trying to become a writer. Whatever you want to be, go for it!! You only have one shot at life, so don't waste it, like lot's of people have. Do something great, amazing and magnificent! Life's too short to stay on one side of the road waiting for all the cars to pass!!
