draco watches you get up out of bed and get ready. he rolls his eyes and laughs. "alright, i'm going to the library." he says, and then starts to make his way out of the dorm. he stops in the doorway, and turns around. "stay out of trouble," he says, and then leaves the room.

"I'm not a troublemaker" you say to him annoyed

draco laughs. "suuuure. i believe you." he says, sarcasm laced in his voice. he raises an eyebrow, clearly not believing what you just said. "whatever helps you sleep better at night." he says, and then turns around and disappears out of sight.

you finish getting ready then head to my downstairs to the foyer of the castle

Now this current chapter!!

as you make your way out of the dorm and into the common room, you notice a large group of people gathered around the grand fireplace. there is a lot of chatter and laughter filling the room. suddenly, draco appears out of nowhere, and stands up against a wall and leans against it, his arms crossed. he stares around the room, clearly scanning for a particular someone. then, he sees you, and suddenly the room becomes louder. his green eyes meet yours, and they seem to sparkle for a moment. he smiles, and gestures for you to come over to him.

while everyone is still talking you walk over to Draco

draco continues to smile as you approach him. he keeps his arms crossed as he stands up against the wall. "well hello there." he says, clearly enjoying the moment. "fancy seeing you here." he gives you a wink, and makes a gesture for you to sit beside him. "come, sit." he says.

it was quite hard to hear him speak to you over everyone's chatter but you go sit beside him

draco leans in close to your ear, so he can make himself heard. "so, did you have a good time last night?" he asks, and smiles at you. he notices everyone watching him as he speaks to you, and he smiles, enjoying the attention. he notices that you look annoyed, and suddenly stops laughing. he raises his eyebrows and raises a hand. "hm?" he says, waiting for you to answer his question.

"it was pretty amusing I can say"

"pretty amusing? you *do* realise we kissed last night, right? don't you think thats at least a bit more than amusing?" draco says, a little grin on his face.

"Hm?? We kissed??" you had gotten so drunk you had forgotten what you did last night, did you really kiss Draco Malfoy?!

draco snorts. "*someone* had a little bit too much to drink last night, did they not?" he asks, and smiles at you. he shakes his head. "you really don't remember *anything*?" he asks. "i could swear i remember everything."* he says, and laughs.

"I didnt drink that much! Right...?"

"you drank *enough* to forget a whole lot." draco says, and then raises an eyebrow. "are you sure you don't remember *anything*?" he asks slowly. he can't help but smile, trying not to laugh. it was hilarious to him that this had happened.

"I remember us going into the closet and that's it" you tell Draco

draco begins to smile, trying not to laugh. "really?" he asks, sounding surprised. a look of pure joy and satisfaction spreads across his face. "then im *positive* you don't remember anything else." he says, still smiling. he leans in close so he can talk into your ear, so only you can hear him. "i could do anything to you, and you wouldn't even notice. anything at all." he whispers, his voice raspy and low.

"I would too!" you argue back

draco laughs loudly. "oh, really?" he asks, a small grin forming. "well. i don't believe you." he says softly, and then leans in and whispers in your ear, almost too close for comfort. "but what if i just.. did this?" he suddenly kisses your ear, and pulls away before you can even respond. his eyes glimmer with joy and excitement, and he smiles.

"Hm?! What was that for?" I asked shocked Draco just kissed me!

"don't get me wrong," draco says, still holding a grin. "i liked it. a lot. but you didn't seem to notice at all." he says, still smiling. "so i did it again." he suddenly leans in and kisses your ear again, just like last time. then he pulls away. "and, would you look at that?" he asks, his voice filled with enthusiasm. "you still don't notice. you must be really out of it, huh?"

"Huh?! I am not out of it!" you couldn't believe it, were you really out of it though?

"then prove it." he smirks.  it was clear that he was enjoying this. he leans in close so he can whisper into your ear again, his breath hot against your skin. "what happened in the closet?" he asks. "remember *that*."

"Well uh- we went into the closet and uh" you had completely forgotten what we did after that , it was obvious you weren't gonna win this argument.

"and? *and?*" he asks, still whispering in your ear, making sure only you can hear him. "you cant stop there!" he demands. "go on. you cant leave me hanging like that." he looks disappointed. "what else happened? *what else* did we do in the closet?" he asks, his hand running up and down your arm.

"I- I dont know" you say in defeat

draco frowns. "seriously? you cant remember *anything*?" he asks, an amused expression on his face. "i find that a little hard to believe." he says, and leans in closer to your ear, whispering again. "maybe if i did *this* you would remember?" he asks, and suddenly kisses you once more. this time, this kiss was a lot longer

"Hm?!" He just did it again, he kissed me! Again!

draco pulls away after a moment, and a smug smile spreads across his face when he sees your reaction. "well? do you remember now?" he asks. "did you like that?" he asks, a grin on his face.

"I-" you didn't finish your sentence. I guess you could say you were literally 'too stunned to speak'

"that was a rhetorical question." draco says slowly, and still holding a grin. "you still cant remember anything, can you?" and then it suddenly clicked to him. "oh. you dont know what that means." draco says, and laughs. "it means that it was a question you didn't have to answer." he says. draco continues to laugh and he puts a hand up to his face, clearly trying to hide his smile. "it's just funny, to see you like this." he says, before he suddenly stops laughing.

draco starts tracing circles on your thigh with his finger.
draco's eyes flicker to your thigh, and he immediately notices you noticing him tracing circles on your leg. he starts to smile again, and his fingers begin to move a little closer to the inner part of your thigh, making sure you don't notice. "what an entertaining morning." he says, a sly smile on his face. "you and me," he says, and raises an eyebrow. "we've barely even talked and yet you're already making this so interesting." he says. he leans forward so that he's a lot closer to you. "well?" he asks. "i'm waiting"
