TWs: suicide mentions, assault/r//pe mentions

Tears ran down Lesley's face as she just witnessed her son's death.

She had put so much effort in finding him after he escaped and now this is the result?

Why God, why?

Especially after being worried for twelve years, this was the result.

How funny.

Especially when her wreck of a husband threw fucking lighter and liquid methane to the house and well, the puppets were out but her son was left to turn into ashes there.

Fuck you, Roy. You ruined everything.

She gripped tighter at the car's steering wheel as she watched it happen. But then, Roy suddenly jumped into the burning house as Lesley watched in horror. What is he doing, trying to commit suicide? But Lesley knew it was something other than that. She swore on her life, Roy was never the one to try suicide or be suicidal. He always found enjoyment in life; no matter what.

Soon after, he was seen jumping out of a broken window with Wally's corpse. What the hell was he going to do with it?

Roy ran as fast as possible to their car and entered it.

"OKAY- *pant pant* NOW LET'S GO QUICKLY BEFORE THOSE PUPPETS FIND OUT... *pant*"

"Wh-What are you going to do with him, bury him officially or something?!"

"No! Les, did you forget we function by batteries and is fine as long as our body doesn't rot? This child is dead but the body isn't rotten yet. So there is still chance we can get him alive." Said Roy as he unbuttoned Wally's shirt.

"Oh yes, I was too busy grieving for his death, thank you."

Roy opened Wally's battery box, only to be suffocated by black smoke from it.

"COUGH COUGH, LES, OPEN THE CAR WINDOWS... COUGH COUGH, IT'S EVEN WORSE THAN EXPECTED... HE FORGOT TO CHANGE HIS REPLACEMENT BATTERIES! HIS BATTERY HOLDER IS REEKING AND IS IN A HORRIBLE CONDITION!" Roy yelled. Lesley opened the windows and drove as fast as she could to their house so she could treat him better.

The puppets coughed in agony as they jumped out of the burning house.

"What- WHAT THE HELL?! WHY DIDN'T YOU BRING HIM OUT?!" Shouted Frank at the puppets who was just starting to stand up.

"What do you mean?! Do you just expect us to struggle picking him up and die in the fire?! Oh please, we all have our "Fight or Flight" instincts! If you are so angry at us for not bringing his corpse, then why didn't you do it yourself?!" Shouted Sally back. She was in boiling rage and could've hit Frank but she was also grieving.

Things were going fast.

Too fast.

Way too faster than a star like her could comprehend.

"OH YEAH?! HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO IT WHEN I COULDN'T SEE HIM UNDER THE DEBRIS?!"

"Guys..."

"SIR 'GENUIS OF BUTTERFLIES', HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE HIM WHEN HE WAS LITERALLY IN FRONT OF YOU?! ARE YOU BLIND OR SOMETHING?!"

"GUYS..."

"OH YEAH?! IF YOU WERE A GOOD FRIEND, WHY DID YOU JUMP OUT OF THERE FIRST?!"

"GUYS! LOOK!" Yelled Julie as she pointed to the now-ashes house. She ran there and started rummaging through the hot ash.

"Julie, be careful! You might get burnt!" Said Poppy as she ran to her.

"His... He isn't here!" Said Julie in despair.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"If he was burned along the house, there would be at least a part of his clothes would be here. But like, it seems like if he even wasn't here!"

"That's silly, Julie. Just because some parts of the house hadn't burned means Wally wasn't burned. He might have been even the ash part of this house." Stated Frank.

"Yes but still..." Mumbled Julie. She was very sure Wally wasn't burnt.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lesley and Roy ran out of their car and went into their house. It was in the forest and it was wooden house. This was where Wally was born and raised. Same with the twins. Lesley unlocked the door and opened it.

"Okay, I will bring the mechanic box and you will take his batteries and clean him, okay? Also, don't you dare to assault him again or I will take your batteries out for 30 years without hesitation." Said Lesley as she went into the basement.

After fixing and cleaning him for an hour or two, Lesley took out a couple of nice, fresh AAA batteries and carefully put them in.

...

Nothing happened. Lesley looked very worried.

Another minute.

Nothing also happened.

"W-Well, guess h-he is dead..." Lesley said with a shaken voice and forced smile. She couldn't believe it.

"No- Listen Les, he is not dead. His body just needs some time to accustomate to the new batteries after getting part of himself hurt. See, he is breathing! He is basically in a coma, except it will be much shorter. It will take only a few days, not much more. As someone who has batteries, I know such struggle. So please calm down and let's put him to bed, shall we?" Said Roy assuringly.

"Well, I guess..." Lesley wasn't sure about this but she trusted her husband anyway and put their child in his bed.

Now there was only one problem.

David and Danny.

They shouldn't know all of this.

Well, how will they know?

Easy.

They will just tell them when Wally is fine and good.

But things wouldn't go as they planned.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Howdy sat on his bodega's doorsteps. Was it really true that Wally loved him? Wally was very... Confusing and mysterious, to say at least. He always avoided talking about some certain subjects, such as time, his family and childhood, and some more. But he never knew that he had feelings for him. Like, it seemed so impossible since they were frenemies.

At least Howdy thought they were.

Wally was in love with him as soon as he laid his eyes on Howdy when he came into the neighborhood. He treated him very nicely and tried to keep close to him. But Howdy just thought he was plain out intimate and mysterious at all.

It was very tragic event. Everybody wore black or dark themed clothes and they started avoiding talking about Wally's supposed "death". But Julie firmly believed Wally wasn't dead. It didn't even make sense at all. Julie swore to herself that she heard a male, raspy grunting with a window breaking while Sally and Frank was arguing like crazy. When she tried to tell it to the other's later, they plain out dismissed her, and said "You just maybe heard it wrong, and never speak of this again.". She even found footprints outside now-burnt house but no one believed her. Then, she got an idea.

She was going to take the matters on her hands.

And no one could stop her.
