joe and (y/n) arrive at paycor stadium. joe walks hand in hand with (y/n), as they reach the middle of the field. (y/n) smiles as she sees so many pictures of her and joe.
"(y/n), it was love at first sight with you. the second i laid my eyes on you, you instantly had me wrapped around your finger. these past few years we have spent together have been the best years of my life. i am so deeply in love with you. i love that you are the last thing i see before i sleep and that you are the first thing i see when i wake up" joe says as he begins to tear up.
"not only are you my girlfriend, you are also my best friend in this entire world. i love you so so much (y/n) and i can't stand to live another day, without knowing that you and i are together forever" joe gets down on one knee and pulls out a box. "(y/n), will you marry me?"
"yes" (y/n) manages to say. joe places the ring on (y/n)'s finger and places a kiss on her lips. (y/n) wraps her arms around joe's neck as he lifts her off the ground and spins her around.
"i am so fucking in love with you" (y/n) giggles.
"i am in love with you too," joe says back to her.
~ 1 year later ~
it has been a few months since (y/n) and joe got married. (y/n) just found out that she is pregnant so now she is figuring out how to tell joe. after thinking for a little bit, she figures out how she plans to break the news to joe.
(y/n) walks into the store and immediately goes to the baby section. after looking through all the cute and adorable baby clothes, she finds a onesie that says, "hi dad, can't wait to meet you." she also buys some cute baby shows along with a pacifier.
when (y/n) gets home, she puts together a cute box with everything she just bought and her positive pregnancy test. just as she closes the box, joe enters the house. "hi baby, i missed you so much today" joe hugs (y/n)
"i missed you too" (y/n) smiles. "i have a present for you" (y/n) hands over the box to joe. his face lights up as he opens the box.
"holy shit! no way! you're pregnant?" joe asks as tears begin to form in his eyes.
"i am" (y/n) answers.
"i'm going to be a dad" joe cries. (y/n) walks over to her husband and comforts him.
"you are going to be the best dad j" (y/n) holds joe's face in her hands.
~ a few months later ~
today is a super exciting day in the burrow household. today all of (y/n) and joe's family and friends are coming over for a gender reveal party. (y/n)'s best friend knows the gender, so she went to the store and bought either blue or pink balloons that will be revealed when they open the box.
"i'm ja'marr and i'm your uncle. i think it's a boy" ja'marr says into the camera that (y/n) is holding.
"i'm tee and i am 100% sure that you are a boy. i mean how else will joe pass on his football abilities to?" tee laughs.
"i'm sam and i think it's a girl. joe just gives off major girl-dad vibes" sam shrugs.
(y/n) and joe makes their way to the box. everyone gives them a countdown. "3, 2, 1" everyone yells. (y/n) and joe cut open the box and pink colored balloons float out of the box.
"it's a girl" joe cries. joe places a kiss on (y/n)'s lips before placing a kiss on her belly. "i can't wait to meet you, baby girl"
~ a few months later ~
"just a few more pushes and she is going to be here mama, you can do this" the doctor encourages (y/n). joe holds (y/n)'s hand and whispers sweet nothings into her ears.
a few pushes later, (y/n) and joe hear the sound they have been waiting so long to hear. a baby's cry fills their ears. the doctor lets joe cut the umbilical cord and then the baby is placed onto (y/n)'s chest.
"she's perfect" joe smiles at his daughter. "you did so amazing (y/n), i am so proud of you" joe places a kiss on (y/n)'s head.
"do you have a name?" one of the nurses asks the new parents. (y/n) looks up to joe with so much love and smiles.
"we do" (y/n) answers. "her name is layne burrow"
"you are going to be such a popular girl layne. all my teammates can't wait to meet you" (y/n) hands joe his daughter and he holds her carefully in his hands.
"this is the future i have always dreamed about" (y/n) grabs joe's hand and places a kiss on it.
"i love you joe" (y/n) smiles at her husband holding their new daughter.
"i love you (y/n). i love our little family" joe says.

i am starting a new job tomorrow on monday, so updates might be chaotic. but i will do my best to upload requests as soon as possible.
