This past week, Shuji and I haven't been very close. We got into an argument last Sunday and we haven't talked since. It's Friday.
It was a stupid argument. We were fighting because he had been making up stupid excuses so he wouldn't have to hang out with me.
It was stupid, it made me angry and that anger took over so I yelled at him.
Almost immediately, he yelled back. After that small fight, we started fighting about who actually started the argument. It was me.
He then left my house, I tried not to cry but a few tears slipped out.
I miss talking to him, I've never not talked to him for more than an hour.
I wanted to talk to Shuji about it so when I got home, I called him.
Yoko answered.
"Hello? Ishii-Peters residence." Her voice spoke through the phone.
"Hi Yoko, it's Y/n. Can I speak to Shuji?" I asked.
"Oh, of course sweetie."
I then heard a loud yell.
"SHUJI! Answer the phone!" She yelled to him.
I heard a loud, annoyed groan before he picked up and Yoko hung up.
"What." I could tell he wasn't in the best mood causing me to rethink my decisions.
"Hey, can you come over..please?" I frowned.
I could hear Shuji sigh and let out a few stutters before saying 'sure' and hanging up.
My face scrunched up in disgust. What's got him in a bad mood?

Ten minutes later, my mother said someone was at the door for me.
"Finally!" I said, walking downstairs.
I opened the door to reveal an aggravated Shuji.
"Hey..." I cringed at my tone, welcoming him inside.
"Hi Shuji!" My mom smiled. She's always loved him, she thinks we're gonna get together. She's most definitely wrong.
We walked into my room and I started rambling about how I'm sorry and I shouldn't have yelled at him.
He sat down on my bed, smirking. His arms propped him up. I'm not even gonna lie, he looked very fine.
"-Like I was saying, I'm sorry I yelled at you. It was stupid and I overreacted."
After about two minutes, I finally finished my rambling.
"You're really sorry, huh. It's fine, i overreacted too and I didn't mean to yell at you." He smiled.
"But why were you ditching me and canceling our plans?" I frowned.
He sighed, but continued staring at my body as he talked. His eyes were filled with something but I couldn't tell what it was.
"It was just family problems. And I had to bring my grades up, so I was stressed. I'm sorry." He informed me.
I could tell he was lying about part of it. But I let it go, at least we made up.
I sat down beside his legs.
"So, friends again?" I asked, smiling.
"Of course. Sit up here." He demanded, so I sat up there.
We had started talking about what happened these past few days. I was perfectly fine and happy, until he put his hand on my thigh. I tried to ignore it.
The truth is, Shuji made me nervous. Every time I'm around him, I feel weird feelings.
As I started talking about how my day went, he stared at me, listening to everything I was saying.
"You listening?" I looked at him. We made eye contact, I saw his eyes drift down to my lips before connecting with my eyes again.
I felt myself leaning in, he let me.
Once my lips met his, he lifted his hand to my neck.
I continued kissing Shuji, this moment was perfect.
I moved closer and he let out a whimper catching me by surprise.
When I finally pulled away, he grinned.
"I've always wanted to that." He leaned his head on my shoulder.
"The only reason I kept canceling on you was because I had to deal with my feelings for you. I couldn't be around you without feeling nervous." He admitted.
