I've always loved music. Ever since i was little in 1973. That was when I met her.
I was in the park when a girl with light brown hair came up to me. She was about an inch shorter than me. That was when I realised my fate was sealed. I had to become her friend.
I started up an awkward conversation." Hello. What's your name?" that I've always face palmed at in any 'memorable' conversations.
Continuing with my already awkward conversation, I learnt that her name was Beth. I eventually told her mine with a bit of help from my mother.
We've always been classed as geeks in school. We both love music. She was known as the 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐞 fan when I was classed as 𝒬𝓊ℯℯ𝓃'𝓈 biggest fan.
Any opportunity I had, my family would always take me to go see 𝒬𝓊ℯℯ𝓃 live. We of course had our favourite songs, mine being N.I.B by Black Sabbath as well as Keep your Self Alive by 𝒬𝓊ℯℯ𝓃. Hers being: Should I stay or should I go by The Clash as well as Heart of Glass by 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐞.
While we grew up, we would hangout constantly in a tree house in the woods near my house. We would always go searching around the woods and when we weren't, we brought our cassettes out with our headphones to listen to our favourite songs. Life was great. Until now.
