Cassie flew back to the dig sight and was able to find her mother along with the other workers. She landed and dusted her shoulder before she looked at everyone. "Everyone alright here?" she asked making sure that the terrorists chaos didn't reach out here.
"So far, yeah," Joseph stated as he looked at everyone to which they gave a thumbs up.
Helena went up to Cassie and cupped her cheeks. "Are you ok?" she asked as she looked at her daughter up and down.
"I'm fine mom," Cassie stated as she looked at her arms and no scratches were on her skin and no breaks in it. "No scratches and nothing broken," she stated as she hugged her mom.
Helena hugged her daughter as she let off a breath of relief. She looked up to the sky before she kissed Cassie's head with a smile. "I am just glad your safe, my beautiful baby girl."
"Come on Mom, its me we're talking about," Cassie stated before a sonic boom was heard in the sky. All of them looked up to the sky to see a female with black hair, blue eyes, seemingly a younger version of Diana with a black suit with no sleeves, silver arm bands, a silver waist band, and silver boots. Cassie smiled as she waved at the female, "Hey Donna."
Donna Troy, the first Wondergirl and the second Wonder Woman, landed on the ground and looked at everyone. "I got wind of how bad the situation of Kahndaq was," she said before looking at Cassie, "And it seems like the reports to the U.N. were right," she said before hugging Cassie. "I am glad you are alright Cassie, how is everyone else?" She asked as she looked at the rest of the team.
Everyone besides Helena were just wide eyed as they all just stated that they were alright. Cassie just sighed before she hugged Donna back, "Seriously Donna, you and Diana are worse than Mom," she stated with an eye roll.
"We always have to worry about our youngest sibling," Donna teased before looking at her eyes. "But seriously, what happened tonight?" She asked.
Cassie shrugged as she just crossed her arms under her chest. "I have no clue, it was peaceful for one moment then explosions got off and when I got there..." she took in a deep breath. "It wasn't a pretty sight Donna, I took care of the terrorists but something was off."
"Off, how?" Helena asked as she walked up next to Donna.
Cassie looked at her hands, "There was some kind of magical or other worldly energy coming from a assault riffle they had. I can't explain it but it was like a compelling urge to snap their necks in half," she stated which caused worry looks from the two women. "I just broke the riffle in half and threw them down," she pointed out which caused the both of them to sigh at the same time. "They said that some guy with a helmet that had horns on it and armor of the 300 movie with a metal spin to it."
"Wait, did you say a 'helmet with horns' on it?" Donna asked as she held out her right hand.
Cassie looked at Donna as she blinked at her sister. "Yeah, not sure what they meant by that. Probably a viking helmet or anything else trying to mix elements of a spartan armor," she said as she looked at the two. "What is going on?" She asked.
Donna looked at Helena with a worried look. "Cassie, what do you know of the Spartans?"
"Besides crazy war like guys that also treated women like they were their personal slaves?" Cassie asked. "Well, they were on good terms until one day. Something clicked inside their heads and then the crazy, blood shed time happened."
Helena rubbed the back of her head, "Ok. We never told you this or I never took you to one of my particular expeditions," she explained as she looked at Cassie. "Do you remember what God the Spartans praised?"
