Some aspects of my CH world is that they have no reproductive organs, nor do they have the same organs as a normal human being.
Countries regenerate skin and flesh more faster than world organizations because of being a physical landmass, but it doesn't mean that they can always regenerate perfectly. World Organizations can heal, just not as efficient as countryhumans.
