In a dark wood the sound of twikes snap as a woman run through holding her baby close to her as she looks over shoulder to hear the faint voices of the angry villagers, so she ran as fast as she could soon as she couldn't hear them anymore, she stop to chach her breath and then a cry was heard as soon as the woman heard it she try to calm the baby down
"Shhhh it's ok shhhhh" as the woman rock the baby in her arms.
Then the woman heard the villagers from a distants getting closer, she look to her baby.
"I'm sorry little one"as she placed the baby down, the woman cast a little sleep spell as she covers the baby with leaves at the foot of a tree as the woman stands up and turned around, she took one last look at her baby before running away abandoning the sleeping baby.
As she was running, a villager spotted her and yelled," there she, the witch".and then the villagers chase after the woman, as she was running she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her back as she fell to the ground, as she was on the ground she looked over her shoulder to see what the pain is as she turned she saw an arrow sticking out of her back, as the villagers finally catch up to her and grab her, dragging her back to the village to hang the witch.
Unaware of the baby left abandoned
