‼️chap 1‼️

Constant ringing from an alarm clock jerked a sleepy Tsukasa awake from his peaceful slumber. He rubbed his eyes, still collecting himself, as he stared over to his window to see how beautifully the sun was shining in. Through his disoriented thinking and punctual yawning he smiled, stumbling out of bed.

Today would be no different than every other day prior and those yet to come, but Tsukasa couldn't help but feel ready to seize it nonetheless!

He struck a magnificent pose in front of his mirror before opening his closet doors to find an equally magnificent outfit fit for a star such as him.

"I suppose this will do.." he cupped his chin in thought, before getting ready.

After carefully examining his final look, he was ready to make his grand appearance at breakfast. He boasted through the corridors; before reaching his destination he couldn't help but stop at the giant window-balcony combo overviewing the garden. He stared at the purple haired boy tending the flowers, chatting with one of the various guards the castle had. It was very evident the gray-green haired girl and the former mentioned were friends, even before both working for the royal family. Tsukasa gave one final gaze to the two, feeling a tinge of blush spread over his cheeks before being on his way.

"There he goes again.." the gardener sighs

"Oh stop it with the sulking.." the guard sighs, in annoyance

The gardener thinks for a second before performing his best puppy dog eyes then looking in the girls direction, causing her to yell at him

"And stop it with that too! If you want to talk to him, stop sulking and pull yourself together!!" She scolds

"But Nene..~" he whines, unwavering in 'emotion'

"No Rui- don't 'Nene' me! What I said is true!" Nene scoffs

"Fufu.. I'm aware." Rui paused to think for a second, "Maybe I will one day.." he returned to tending to the flowers

Nene fell silent, unable to relay a sarcastic remark to her friend, her only means of communicating being to sigh

"I'll only offer once, so think long and hard.." Nene paused, deciding if she dares to mutter the next words "I'll help you."

She glanced over to Rui to see him staring at her with hopeful eyes

"Help me? With what?" He asks, dumbfounded

"Help you talk to him since it's oh so clear you could never do it on your own!" She scoffs

"You're not joking, are you?" He grins, knowingly

"Sadly not." She rolls her eyes
