The day had arrived when Jisoo could no longer ignore the swirling emotions within her.

It was a heavy realization that had settled deep in her heart, finally taking shape and forming words on her lips. She knew what she had to do, even though it would bring pain to not only herself but also to Eunwoo, the person who had been nothing but kind to her.

With a trembling heart, Jisoo arranged to meet Eunwoo in a quiet park, where their footsteps whispered softly against the pavement. The atmosphere was heavy with anticipation as they found a secluded bench and took a seat, their gazes locked.

"Eunwoo," Jisoo began, her voice filled with a mixture of sadness and determination. "I need to talk to you about something important."

Eunwoo looked at her with concern, sensing the weight behind her words. "What is it, Jisoo? You seem troubled."

Taking a deep breath, Jisoo looked down, her fingers intertwining nervously. "I... I've come to realize that there's something missing in our relationship. Something I've been blind to, but now I can't ignore it any longer."

Confusion flickered in Eunwoo's eyes, his brows furrowing. "What do you mean, Jisoo? Is there something I've done wrong?"

"No, Eunwoo, it's not about you," she responded softly, tears brimming in her eyes. "It's about me and my feelings... or rather, the feelings I've failed to recognize until now."

Eunwoo's expression shifted from confusion to concern as he leaned closer, urging her to continue. "Jisoo, please tell me. I want to understand."

Jisoo took a deep breath, her voice quivering. "I... I realized that the emptiness I felt in my heart, the longing for something more... it was love, Eunwoo. It was my love for someone else."

A hushed silence hung in the air as Eunwoo's eyes widened in realization. The weight of her words settled upon his shoulders, and he slowly nodded, his voice laced with sadness. "You're in love with someone else... with him."

Tears streamed down Jisoo's face as she nodded, her voice choked with emotion. "Yes, Eunwoo. I'm so sorry for hurting you. I never wanted to, but I can't deny my heart any longer. I love him, and I can't go on pretending otherwise."

Eunwoo's gaze softened, a mix of understanding and sorrow etched across his face. "Jisoo, I can see the depth of your feelings. I may be hurt, but I don't want to stand in the way of your happiness. Love is a complicated thing, and sometimes it leads us on unexpected paths."

Jisoo reached out, her hand trembling as it found its way to Eunwoo's. "Thank you for understanding, Eunwoo. You've been nothing but kind to me, and I'll always cherish the time we spent together."

Eunwoo gave her a bittersweet smile, gently squeezing her hand. "Take your chance, Jisoo. Follow your heart and find the love you deserve. I hope he loves you as fiercely as you love him."

They sat in silence for a while, the weight of their unspoken emotions hanging in the air. Jisoo's heart was heavy with a mix of relief and sadness, knowing that she had finally found the courage to pursue her true feelings.

As they parted ways, tears streamed down Jisoo's face, but there was a glimmer of hope within her. She knew the path ahead wouldn't be easy, but she was.
