Ellie's pov : after shopping and Kat teaching me all about boys I finally got her number we where sat in the driveway when Sam appears out of nowhere and scoffs " what the hell are you doing here we broke up" " Sam I'm dropping of Ellie why tf do you care anyways can I not hang out with my niece/ sister god your so petty " what did you just call me " petty" fuck you Kat " fuck you to " they started arguing and I went into panic mode and opened the car door and ran I just ran I don't know where ended up in a street I didn't know and about 10 missed calls from Kat I heard each voice maill some with Sam to one voice mail broke my heart the most it said " honey please come home Colby's worried sick please please come home were not mad at you and me and Sam made up just come home Sam's in his room sobbing he thinks it's his fault please pick up the phone then I hear Colby's voice his voice is shaky and all I hear is " please come home sunshine please I'm worried about you where are you pick up your phone " I started crying and picked up onto he first ring hello I whispered " ELLIE OMG WHERE ARE YOU ARE YOU OK WHAT Happened PLEASE TELL ME WHERE YOU ARE " it was a panicked Colby's i- I don't know where I am " hold on I'm tracking your phone devyn gonna come get you ok sunshine? Ok dad I say back and see a black car pull up beside me me half expecting devyn but no it was some kid I'd never met before he looked like he was dangerous so I backed away then I saw devyns car and ran to her she picked me up and put me in the front seat and we where off to home as soon as we pulled in Colby flies out the front door yanks my door opener and grabs me he pulls me into a bear hug and just sits their with me murmering and whispering how worried he was I burst out sobbing and screaming I'm sorry now everyone's around me telling me it's not my fault and giving Sam and Kat dirty glares for making me run away after that little fiasco I yawn and go upstairs telling everyone I'm gonna go to bed after I get up their not even 2 minutes later Colby opens the door and tucks me in and turns on my TV next Corey and devyn are in my room laying blankets on the floor what's happening I ask it's Saturday sleepover night remember that's when it hits me when they adopted me they asked if I would like a sleepover night where everybody gathers up and sleeps in one room and they let me choose the day so I said Saturday then Sam arrives and sets his stuff down next to Sam everybody else runs in at the last minute the girls on my bed and the boys on the floor hamilton just starts when devyn run out and then back in 20 minutes later with 7 bags of popcorn one for each of us luckily I paused the show so we could all watch after that was over we watch heathers but I fall asleep before it starts
