Alison's POV
I sit in Emily's room as Spencer talks to Toby, I rock back and forth as I need to hear news about Gray or if anyone was in the house
"Ok...talk to you later" Spencer says and I perk up
"What did Toby say" I ask immediately
"No one was in the house...Gray suffered from some smoke inhalation and a burnt leg but she's gonna be ok and so is Toby's dad" Spencer says and I sigh in relief
"Oh thank god" I say as I run my hands through my hair
"Guys....who could this new A be....and who told the cops about Mr.Fitz and Aria" Hanna asks
"I have an idea....it has to be Gray" Spencer says and I frown
"Why my girlfriend out of everyone here" I ask even though a small part of me believes it
"Alison please....Gray has never liked Mr.Fitz and wasn't he dating her mom" Emily says
"Yea and wasn't her mother back suddenly....she could have did this for revenge or something" Aria says and I sigh
"Guys I don't know but....Ezra was not a good guy anyway" I say and the girls look at me like I have two heads
"You're got to be kidding me" Aria exclaims and I roll my eyes
"He dated two 15 year old girls Aria....he's not a good guy" I try to reason but Aria shakes her head
"You sound just like Gray.....he has been the only guy I've liked this much and he never treated me badly....your just going with your girlfriend because your letting her control you!" Aria argues
"Gray doesn't control me but you guys meddling in our relationship is controlling" I arguing back as I stand up
"Like you haven't tried to control us in the past Alison" Hanna mentions and I sigh
"I'm not saying I never did anything but Aria..you can't see it now but Ezra was a bad guy and is still.....your just too in love with him to see...Gray has helped me realize that...with Ezra...with any creepy man that tired anything with me" I say and the girls just shake their heads
"Whatever....I'm done" I say before storming out
No One's POV
"Guys I feel really bad about this plan...why can't we just tell her straight up that Gray is A" Emily says after hearing her front door slam
"We can't Emily....she won't believe us and especially now that she's starting to change again' Spencer says exasperated with her arms folded
"Yea and she's starting to go deeper into Grays control" Aria agrees and Emily just sulks back in her bed
"Guys you know I'm against this whole bring down Gray train but since A is back....I'm not clearing anyone...Shauna clearly wasn't A so who could it be besides Gray" Hanna says and the girls sigh
"Hanna it has to be Gray...she has motive and she has they ability to kill somebody" Emily says and Hanna just rubs her head as a headache brews
"Did anyone also catch the weird reaction she had to hearing Bethany Young's name....she had to of known Bethany given they were in the same place for years" Aria points out
"I noticed too....could she have cheated on Alison with her...why else would she be so caught off guard" Spencer theorizes
"Nope I'm done too...you guys deal with this...I'm going home" Hanna says frustratedly
"Han come on...we have to figure this out for Alison's safety" Emily says pleadingly
"No! I've heard enough and frankly I don't care about Alison or her damn safety and neither do you guys....just leave me alone" Hanna says before storming out as well
"Great...Emily is there any luck with you getting Alison alone" Spencer says and Emily shakes her head
"No...it's like Alison is glued to Grays hip suddenly...I thought after their argument that they'd be distance but their happy as ever" Emily says as she sighs frustratedly
"Well we have to change that....maybe if we can prove that Gray is A and she cheated on Alison, that will help save Alison and us from A" Spencer says and the three girls look away from each other unsure of their next moves
A/n short but to the point lol and I mean the girls are getting into delusional territory which I mean isn't new for them
