Summary: Sparkle, Willa, and Ellsie were over in Winter Snow Village as they decided to have a sleepover. Until... the next day Sparkle got a case of... Another "flu" but while getting the flower, Frost was given a small test to defeat a creature.

At 6:50 in the morning, Sparkle wakes up and gets out of bed. She then went out from Hero Squad headquarters wearing her all-red-violet jogging outfit and played some on her crystal phone.

The music fades a bit as she continues jogging around the city, to the parks, and many blocks away from Hero Squad Headquarters. Moments later, the music on her phone was finished- while jogging beside Flyn's working gym, she stopped, took her earphones out of her ears, and thought to herself about something...

Sparkle Light *thinks to herself*: Another new day in Hero City! I heard lots of things were happening. Businesses everywhere are booming with new customers, all kinds of tribes communicate with each other, and all kinds of traditions, food, and such are celebrated! Some people wanted to be evil but we are still at peace...
As the sunrise became the morning blue sky, she smiled and looked up to the sky she then breathed in and breathed out as she continued jogging.
Sparkle Light: Well, time to go back to the headquarters to have a shower.
She went around for a few more blocks until she jogged back to Hero Squad Headquarters. Before she was about to open the doors of the headquarters, her crystal phone rang from her pocket. She picked it out from her pocket and answered it.
Sparkle Light: Who could that be?... Hello? Who is this?
Ellsie Frost *On the phone*: Sparkle, it's me Ellsie! How are you doing?
Sparkle Light: Oh Ellsie! I am doing fine here at Hero City. How about you?
Ellsie Frost *On the phone*: Oh doing fine back at Winter Snow Village. I am calling as I am meaning to ask you something.
Sparkle Light: Sure, ask ahead!
