Hi friends <3

This handbook is for anyone dealing with an anxiety disorder (like me) or anybody that knows someone with an anxiety disorder that would like to know how to help them.

Remember: everyone's anxiety presents differently and everyone's struggles are valid.

These are some tips and stuff that have helped me, and I hope can help you, or a friend too!
