They weren't in their home town anymore.. They were in a whole new land. That land, was called New York. They adventured the new land in curiosity. Star looked up at the sky and saw that it was going to rain. Star told Moon and Moon told the weird dog that was across the street. The dog was named Max.
Max showed them a cardboard box that they could rent for a few days. They would just have to pay him BONES. *BONES are a type of currency that dogs use for buying treats from butchers* The cats agreed to pay him BONES for the time their living there. Even if it's 1 day, they will have to pay him 2,000 BONES. *2,000 BONES in actual currency is 200 dollars*
The second after they got in the cardboard box, it started to rain, like how Star said. Moon looked upon the sky as the rain drops fell down in front of her. They looked crystal clear, like diamonds falling. She heard the sound of the rain and thought it was a pretty sound.
Star told her to sleep, it was getting late. Moon and Star then fell asleep. The next morning they needed to find BONES. So they went into the sewer that they came out of (using the rope to climb down) and searched for the skeleton BONES they found earlier that day.
