When I was younger, around about eight I think I would go to the sea more than ever. I was taught how to stand up on a surf board. I wasn't very good, not at that age. The first time I did stand up and catch a wave was at nine. Once I stood up that very first time I never wanted to leave the ocean. I got called out one time early "Maya come on we've got to go"
Every time I was called out, I didn't it want to leave. I'm seventeen now and still go surfing. Usually I would go with friends like Blake and Hailey, sometimes there were five off us but usually it was just us. We would throw our bags in Blakes White dodge, like the one in twilight. We would wear our wetsuits and chuck on our flip-flops and grab our surfboards. Blake had a simple lemon coloured surfboard, Hailey had a lilac colour board yet it had a few flowers on and I had a very light blue one. We would run down into the water and and dolphin dive under waves. We would surf for hours and hours. Once we got out of the sea we would throw on clothes, We usually wore the similar things, baggy tops over our swimsuits and sandals, sunglasses. Blake drove us back to her house, we all had a sleepover. It wasn't late at this time, the rest of the girls were going to come later.
Onesies were on, so was Netflix, sweets surrounded our mound off blankets on the floor in the living room. Great.
