I walked on the streets, I came across a huge building surrounded by large metal fences and bold letters on the front saying "U.A HIGH SCHOOL"
"Guess this must be it." I shrugged my shoulders and marched into the school. As I set foot into the school, the alarm went off, locking all the doors. Some security came running and yelled all types of questions.
"WHAT BUSINESS DO YOU HAVE WITH THE SCHOOL?" one asked.
"DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, OR ARE YOU A STUDENT??" another asked.
I tried talking but they were louder, making me seem quiet and discreet, until a kind soul told the security to back off. I looked to see who it was and I was surprised to see it was an...animal?!
???: " I don't believe she is of any harm to the school, you may go now." he says to the security guards.
"Uhm thank you, you are?" I asked still a little surprised.
Principal Nezu: "I'm Nezu, the principal of this school. What is your name? Are you a student here child?"
"No, nothing like that, I'm Y/N, I just thought I would visit my uncle, uhm Present Mic"
President Nezu: "I'll give you a pass only for today so you may enter and leave the school. I'm choosing to trust you, but to be certain, do you work with any villains and what's your quirk?"
"No, I will never work for villains, my quirk is poison blade, so I make blades of purple poison from my body."
President Nezu: "That is splendid, are you in any hero school? I don't think I have ever seen you or even heard about you, what's your last name?"
"Oh...I'm not I- my last name is Kai. Y/N Kai.."
President Nezu: "As in Chisaki Kai's daughter?" he asks a little hesitant.
"If I say yes, am I in trouble....?" I ask, afraid.
"I am nothing like my father, I despise him, I ran away and I am now living with Present Mic!" I blurred out quickly.
President Nezu: "Rest child, I don't sense evil in you, so you ran away? And you live with Mic now?
"Yes sir, my uncle was kind to let me live with him, I just couldn't be in that household anymore," I say, hesitant to tell my full story.
President Nezu: "It's okay, you don't need to say anything else, I understand it must be a sensitive matter, I'll give you a pass, here you go. You can go visit Mic now, I believe he is teaching class 1-A, you can wait for him or even watch the class, which do you prefer Y/N?"
"I'll watch the class. Thank you so much, Principal." I say happily.
President Nezu: "No worries, I'll lead you to the class now"
The small animal leads me inside the huge building, across all the comfy decor and furniture and I gasped quietly quite a few times since I was amazed by all this.
After a while, the animal stopped and turned around facing me.
President Nezu: "Okay we're here, good luck Y/N, have fun!" he said as he slowly opened the door.
"Thank you!" I smiled at him, as he entered the class, with me behind him.
President Nezu: "Hey Mic, your niece is here, and I have permitted her to watch your class, is that okay?" he whispered.
Present Mic: " Yeah it's okay, c'mere." he signals for me to come beside him, and I obey. "Class, this is my niece Y/N, she's gonna watch your class, be nice and respectful, please. Y/N go sit there now, next to Uraraka please." He points to the last row of the class, next to a girl.
As I walked to my seat, I felt all eyes on me, and the students were whispering. Right as I sat down, the girl next to me whispered.
Uraraka: "Hey, I'm Uraraka. It's nice to meet you."
"It's nice to meet you too, Uraraka," I say politely.
Present Mic: "Okay, class, you have 5 minutes to ask questions and get to know her, but then we have to get back to class, okay?" Mic sighs but is still happy that his niece is getting some attention.
As soon as he gives them the sign, almost the whole class comes running towards me, but a green-haired boy sticks out by asking me questions.
Midoriya: "H-Hello, I'm Izuku Midoriya, what's your quirk??" He pulls out a notebook and a pencil, ready to write whatever I said. "Do you come to school here? No, I've never seen you here..." He answers his own question. "What made you visit the school?"
While he questions me, I notice I blond boy still sitting in his seat, just doing his work but peeking at me every now and then.
"Oh uhm hi, my quirk is poison blade, I can uhm shoot blades of purple poison from my body. And your other question is quite a long story" I rub the back of my head.
Midoriya: "Whoa." He stares at me with starred pupils, seeming amazed by my quirk. "So can you shoot them anytime? What's the limit on how long you can use your quirk?" He asks while writing in his notebook.
"Uhm yeah, anytime and-" I say while smiling before being interrupted by...the pink girl again?
Mina: "Oh it's you..." She says a little confused.
My smile instantly drops.
"Oh...uh Mina was it, look I wanna apologize for uhm before okay? I just was in a really shitty situation and took it out on you. And I would appreciate it if you didn't tell anyone what happened or better where it happened, please? I whisper to her, making sure no one else hears.
She sighs before speaking.
Mina: "Fine just, just don't be rude like that again okay?"
"I won't, I promise" I give her a reassuring smile.
The five minutes quickly end, and the whole class sits in their respective seats. Present Mic keeps teaching. I just listen to my uncle teach, but I can still notice the blond boy glancing at me often. The class ends after what seems an eternity, and I walk towards my uncle when Uraraka stops me.
Uraraka: "Hey if you're gonna stick around for the rest of the day and don't know who to be with you can hang out with me, Midoriya, and Lida, if you'd like of course!" She chuckles.
"No, of course, I'll join you in a second." I smile as she walks out the door and I finally reach my uncle.
Present Mic: "Hey, can't say I wasn't surprised when you pooped in my class, you okay? Did you like my class?"
"Yeah sorry, I just was so bored there so I decided to come here and no offense, while you were teaching the time moved slower." I laughed.
Present Mic: "Come on it can't be that bad!" He whined
"Trust me, it was." I smiled
Present Mic: "You seem rested and kind of happy am I right?"
"I think it's this place, it makes me a better person, I don't know just refreshes me. God I would love to be a student here..." I mumbled that last part.
But that's when Present Mic, my genius uncle, had a great idea.
