"Jinpachin, you're letting yourself go. At least change the flavor of the noodles once in a while, dammit." The cold eyes of a young girl followed the larger male as he drained the water from his meal, all whilst the sigh of an older woman echoed throughout the peculiar enclosure. Another sigh soon accompanied hers, as the younger female eyed the mess that seemingly appeared overnight.

"Sorry for all of this, Teieri-san. I usually clean up after him at home, he just can't be bothered enough to lift a finger. I'm glad I don't have to do this all alone, at least for the duration of the project." (Y/N)'s lips curled into a warm smile, her complexion lightning up as the woman reciprocated the gesture, frantically waving her hands in the air.

"That's cruel, letting your little sister do all the chores, Ego-san..." She replied, reaching for a sock in her vicinity, yet disgust soon took over her face as her hand touched it. She couldn't imagine doing this for years, as poor, little (Y/N) had been, and the regard she had for the young lady grew with each passing second.

Teieri Anri mostly despised lazy and unbothered people like Ego Jinpachi, yet if it was for Japan to finally win the World Cup, tolerance was a must.

"You're making it seem worse than it is, (Y/N). I only do what benefits me and maybe you. Laundry is off the list, and so are the dishes." The man spoke in a tone so stern that the room remained completely quiet. After a few unrivaled moments of utmost silence, he blissfully indulged in his beloved noodles, slurping them away. His figure soon departed from the two women, abandoning his meal. Be it nature's call or the need for fresh air, he could no longer bear the room's concrete walls.

As much as she didn't want to show it, (Y/N) beamed at her brother's words. From an outside perspective, his demeanor was nothing special, and most would even describe him as an obnoxious and awkward man, yet to (Y/N), he was nothing but her beloved older brother. He was the one that showed her the magnificence of football, and she yearned to follow in his footsteps. His tremendous egoism didn't allow him to disregard his sister. On the contrary, she was the person he guided to become the flawless egoist, learning from all his faults and experience. She was the person that came to understand his odd nature, and she was the person that accepted him as he always was.

Their bond was strong, yet he, her own brother, unknowingly created the monster that was Ego (Y/N). It was an irreparable act, never to be fully undone.

"By the way, weren't you supposed to participate in Blue Lock, (Y/N)? I'm sure I saw your name in the database. The numbers look pretty uneven, but maybe that's another part of Ego-san's plan. I couldn't possibly know. There wasn't a given team to your name either." Anri's soothing voice spoke up, approaching the countless monitors in the corner of the spacious yet messy room. As her eyes vividly glanced at the screens, another pair joined her, the hand of which quickly pointed at one of the boys.

"I guess I can choose where to go then? In that case, I want here. I've seen this brat before. We need to have a friendly chat." She audibly smirked as the boys slowly but surely changed into their Blue Lock uniforms. The boy she eyed was in fact Kira Ryosuke, the one bold enough to question the project at the opening ceremony a few days prior.

"I didn't think you would go for such a low-ranked team, but no matter. You better climb to the top and make Ego-san proud. Here you go, you don't want to miss the entrance test." The woman's soft hands searched around a box she had brought with her. The box contained numerous uniforms, and after examining (Y/N)'s body, the woman had given her the uniform closest to her size that she could possibly find.

The girl's face beamed with joy, and she took no chances. There was no shame in this little soul of hers, as she instantly undressed herself and jumped right into the tight-fitting uniform. The material was breathable, yet it hardly felt like it supported her in all the right places by itself. Good thing sportive undergarments didn't go missing from her wardrobe at any time. The pentagon on the sleeve was blank though, unlike the others. It identified each player by the team and Blue Lock ranking.
