Before I could say anything I heard footsteps coming, Shellington tried to get off of me before someone saw us... he failed. We heard the footsteps get closer and faster.

"Kwazii!!- oh, hope I wasn't interrupting anything," someone said in a teasing tone.
It was paani, and he had a huge smirk on his face. "Were you guys making out or something?-"

Shellington looked away from me, for some reason paani stopped mid-sentence. Was it because of shellington? He isn't quite the "intimidating" type of person...

Shellington turns his head away from Kwazii, and looks...disgusted? OH GOD, DID I JUST RUIN A RELATIONSHIP?!

I looked away, but that was SOOOOOO embarrassing...so much for I can do whatever I want... Paani stops talking, I take that as a chance to get away. I quickly get up and run towards my room. I close the door and fall onto the ground, "Why am I so awkward?..." I quietly asked to myself. Wait a second... what if kwazii felt disgusted because of me?! His expression was so blank, that could've meant anything. And then Paani said some stupid stuff... ugh, feelings are weird.

While Shellington was sitting on the ground embarrassed, Kwazii got up and looked at Paani with his face still a little red. Paani looks back at kwazii, there was an awkward silence...

"Were you guys making out?-"

"NO." Kwazii shouted back (guess who's face got extra red)

"Sure... but like, why was he ontop of you?"

"I just caught him by surprise, you know how jumpy he is." He said while looking back to the path where shellington went.

"You liked it, didn't you?" Paani teased.

"I-" he paused for a bit. "SHUT UP. Why were looking for me?" He tried to move on from the question.

"Rude... anyways, I was just wondering if you still wanted to hang out later. BUT, if you wanna make out with your boyfriend again that's fine-"

"WE WERE NOT MAKING OUT."

"OKOK... jeez. So we're still hanging out later?"

"Sure,"

I'm really trying to ignore what happened this morning but I just can't, why did Paani's expression change when Shellington turned his head? Ugh, this thought is gonna be the end of me... "Hey Paani, about earlier; why did you stop talking when Shellington turned his head?"

"Oh uhm, it's not important" he looks away from me and sounds kinda... nervous?

"Did he scare you or something?"

"PLEASEE, he couldn't even scare a fly,"

"Sooooo why did you stop talking? You clearly wanted to say more stuff,"
His nervous look came back but I think he'll give me an actual answer this time time!
