Next day

"Hey I have work." Mia mumble before laying on me on the couch. I giggle and wrap my arms around her.
"I know. You okay?" She nod
"Yeah I'm just tired. Plus I'm horny but I'm late." I giggle and kiss her lip and she kiss me back before pulling away making me pout. "You working ?" She ask me while walking to the kitchen and I follow
"Yeah but I think I'll do it from home. Im going to pick up Jude and Lucy from the hospital. So I might as well. I didn't expect them to leave so soon." I say.

"Yeah okay babe. Text me or call. Love you." She peak my lip and grab her bag and she walk
"Mia where's your ring?" I ask and she blush
"I took it off..." I frown a little and she gulp
"Why? You don't want people to know you're engaged? Should I take mine off?" I ask.
"Umm I thought we weren't telling people."
"What are you talking about. We have been engaged for five months. Have you not been wearing your ring the past weeks?" I didn't mean to yell
"No I just...." She stutter. I tighten my jaw and glare at her before grabbing my car keys and I walk away. Im not doing this with her not today. I drive myself to the hospital I decided to take my ring off before I get in the hospital

"Hey gorgeous. You glowing." I say and Lucy grin
"Hey thank you babe.." I smile and sit down
"Where's Jude and Ari?" I ask
"Ari is getting check so I told Jude to go with." I nod. My phone ring and I look at it and see Mia is calling I decline the call and stare at Lucy
"Umm do you have the car seat I can put it in my car before we go." She nod and point behind the door and I grab the sit "I'll be back." I walk away Mia call again and I stare at the phone

"Wassup?" I ask answering the FaceTime call
"I'm sorry okay baby. I just I don't know."
"Mia you asked me to marry me and I said yes. If you didn't want to be engaged why did you propose. And why did you say yes?" I mumble
"No I want to be engage I love you. I just didn't want all the questions and stuff." I stare at her

"We'll good thing you took the ring off." I close the car door once I was done with the seat and make my way back inside the hospital Mia was staring at me. "Now you don't have to answer to anything. No ring no title. I have to go Mia." I hang up I sigh when I see Lucy she heard why is she out of bed.
"You engaged?" She ask and I stare at her
"Why you not in bed? Get back in bed." I say and rush her back to her room she pout and get in bed and stare at me "yes I don't know. She proposed now she won't even wear her ring because she doesn't want the questions." I say and Lucy nod

"Oh then..." I stare at her
"I don't want advice Lucy. I just want to bring you home and drink wine." She nod and I smile. A few minutes later Jude came with Ari and said she was fine and we could leave. I carry her to the car and put her in her seat. Jude sit in the back and Lucy sit with me she saw the ring and stare at it but didn't say anything. Which I'm glad she shut the hell up.
