After the incident at the football match, things have been going well for Kendall. Or let's say her Instagram account. Her DMs have been filled with weird to nice messages and she wasn't having any of it. Attention has never been her best friend, growing up being rather shy than social.
The two of them sat on their shared bed in their hotel room. It was about 9 AM In the morning and they didn't have the chance to properly talk after what happened yesterday.
"What happened was crazy, I still can't wrap my head around it," Mia told Kendall while eating the Cereal she brought from downstairs. "What did you guys even talk about?"
"You were literally next to me, Mia!" Kendall playfully rolled her eyes at her friend, deciding to switch the tv and channels, "I'm sorry you were too busy talking to your lover boy."
"First of all, let me explain." Mia defended herself and put her cereal aside, "A girl had to take her chance alright, and he's French! Like me."
"So..?"
"I shot my shot and scored because now I have his number," Mia explained further and Kendall gasped, not believing her best friend.
"No way, girl! Show me." Kendall asked.
Pulling out her phone from underneath the blankets she showed Kendall a saved number with the name ʼEdu 😘ʼ. Kendall slightly leaned over to see better and immediately cringed,
"Girl, you better change that."
Kendall had a look of disgust and continued searching for a channel, "But I'm glad for you, hopefully, he'll won't ignore you though."
Mia nodded and suddenly Kendall stopped at one particular channel when she saw herself.
"You cannot be serious.."
Mia looked up confused at first but then squeaked and filmed everything. "I told you! You're famous!"
Kendall groaned and didn't want to see it so she switched channels. Mia groaned and went back to eating her cereal. "Boring." She quickly muttered.
Kendall couldn't lie that she enjoyed talking to him. There was something she quite liked about him, but she didn't know what yet. She knew one thing though, that she won't see him again.
"Edu texted!" Mia jumped up surprising the other brunette. The excited girl looked at her friend and saw the confused look on her face, "Sorry, I meant Camavinga."
Kendall smiled and quickly got up as well to see the message.

"Aw, he's texting in French! How cute, now in English please." Kendall sarcastically said but still being happy for her friend. Mia rolled her eyes and slapped her best friend's chest, "Not the point, he's inviting us to their after party!"
Kendall widened her eyes and thought that she would be dreaming, "We can just go there without any issues?"
"I mean, he also texted he would be writing our names on the guest list, so yeah," Mia told her. Kendall thought for a bit and looked at her friend who patiently waited for an answer. Kendall finally agreed, "Okay, I'm in!"
Mia excitingly jumped her friend almost crushing her and repeating ʼI love youʼ till she let go of her best friend. Kendall almost regretted agreeing but at the same time she only lives once and what could happen, right?
