Chapter 1

I opened my eyes and jumped up. "Shit." I mumbled under my breath. "I'm late for school." I groaned. I'm starting at my new highschool, I got expelled from my last one because I got into a fight. I walked to my closet and grabbed a pair of baggy jeans and a graphic tee. I got dressed and walked downstairs. I grabbed my book bag and my car keys then headed for the car. I arrived at school and went to my first period. "Excuse me?" The teacher says as she looks at me. "Yes?" I responded. "What's your name dear?" She asked. I froze for a moment and I heard someone say from the other side of the room, "She forgot her own name, what a dumbass." I rolled my eyes and said, "Jane. My name is Jane. I didn't forget it, thanks." The class turned around and looked at this girl. Her name was Kira, and she was the girl who said that. The teacher pointed to a seat and told me to sit. I went to sit down and there was this boy. "Hi! I'm Jane, what's your name?" I asked, trying to start a conversation. He looked confused and said "huh? Oh sorry, my name is Nicolas, or Nick for short." He said, clearly not interested but trying to be friendly. I made an awkward face and looked away. "Sorry about him, he didn't get to finish editing today's video and he's stressed." A boy that looked like him said. "Today's video? What do you mean?" I asked. "Oh we're content creators." The boy said. "Oh that's crazy! So you guys are twins posting about it?" I said. "We're not twins, we're triplets." He said."Oh, is the other one here?" I asked. "No he's dead." Nick said. My eyes widened and my jaw dropped as the other boy started laughing. "Why are you laughing?!" I asked in shock. "He's not really dead, Nick always says this when we make new friends." The boy said. I took a deep breath. "Gosh. Anyway, what's your name and the 3rd brother's name?" I asked. "I'm Christopher, or Chris, and he's Matthew, or Matt." Chris said. I nodded my head and the bell rang. We went our own way. When I got to my next period, I saw someone who I assumed was Matt. Although they are triplets, he seemed different. I felt attracted to him in some way. I loved his hair, and his style was impeccable. "Hey!" I waved to him as I got next to him. "Oh, hey." He replies, with a soft smile. Gosh, his smile was beautiful. "I met your brother's, Nick and Chris?" I said smiling, like an idiot. "Oh sick, I'm Matt." He said. "I know.." I said in awe. He looked at me confused, and probably a bit scared. "I mean I know because Chris told me!" I said after realizing what I just did. "Ohh." He said, relieved.  The rest of the period was a bit awkward, and quiet between us. I can't believe I did that. That was so corny.
