I just stared out into the huge audience, and they stared right back at me.

"Um, Zayn, like One Direction Zayn. And Niall like One Direction Niall?" I managed to squeak out. Why had I not made that connection before? My head dropped a little bit and if I could I would have whacked my palm on my forehead. What was I doing.

"Hello, guys, sorry for a bit of the break!" Zayn said into the microphone, making me jump at the volume. "We just found this little lady, she passed out and can't figure out who we are! Who are we?"

The crowd screamed out in one voice, "ONE DIRECTION!" People were flipping out and screaming. A couple people seemed to be passing something along on top of the crowd and I squinted to see what it was. I felt a hand land on my shoulder and jumped around.

"If you don't- oh, um, hello," I started out yelling and turned to face a very large man. A VERY large man. He was dressed in all black and handed me my guitar case. I took it and he walked back off stage. It was a bit awkward with the crutches, but I managed.

I heard an Irish voice echo out from behind me, "Whoa, you play guitar?" I nodded my head. "What do you say Ireland, do you want us to play a duet for you?" The audience screamed and yelled. Niall walked off stage and I started to unpack my guitar. Zayn grabbed me a chord for an amp and I plugged it in, awkwardly balancing on one crutch. Someone put a chair behind me and I saw Niall emerge from the wings, holding his guitar.

He walked over to me, "What songs do you know?" he said without the mic.

"Um, a lot. What about you?"

"Well... we know Drops of Jupiter by Train. We have been working on an acoustic spread,"

"Cool, that one is pretty easy," I turned off the electric plug for a minute to tune. Niall walked over to the other guys who were talking to the audience and talked to them. They pulled out a couple stools and made a semi circle. Niall counted us off. I started on finger picking the general cadence to the song and Niall started on the chords. Soon a curly haired boy started the lyrics and the other one joined in. Once we reached the chorus we were all just having fun a singing when Niall looked over giving me a confused look.

He pulled away from his mic, "You sing?" I nodded my head. He dropped out for a minute and moved his microphone over to me. "Lads, drop out!" he yelled over the screaming of the fans. He started to play again and one by one the other guys dropped out. Soon it was just one of the guys with the curly hair singing and me Niall playing guitar. Niall leaned over to me, "Ready?" I nodded my head and took a deep breath. The last guy dropped out and I started to sing. My fingers were moving of their own accord and going through the motions I had practiced for so many days. I closed my eyes and just let go. Let go of all my emotions, and let my song out. It was such a relief, to just let all of my emotions out. All my hurt, pain, happiness. Just everything. I heard Niall beside me, "Gah! She can do that?" I felt the chorus come again and broke for a minute, feeling a pause,

"Guys, sing with me," I murmured into mic, mainly talking to the other boys on stage with me. I started to build on the chorus again, playing louder on my guitar, until I felt the lyrics for the chorus break through. We all started together, as one voice and then broke into our respective parts, I climbed up in my range until I was singing an overlaying part. The guys kept singing the main melody and we finished the song stopping as one, hearing our voices echo through the auditorium. I opened my eyes. Now that the magic of the moment was over I was almost scared to see the audiences reaction. There was silence for one minute in the auditorium then everyone leaped up, cheering. I blushed and sat back on my stool. I looked over at the other guys, they were giving me a look of wonder. I blushed even harder. Then I turned to face Niall on the other side.
