C1: New Beginning

-Shadow's pov-

I woke up on top of a bed of buttercup flowers after my long fall. I looked around as I was in a cave that was cold and errie. 'Where am I?' I thought to myself as I got up and walked around.

After a few minutes of walking, I saw a flower pop up infront of me with a happy smile on its face. I was startled for a moment before relaxing as I looked at the flower.

"Hi! I'm Flowey! Flowey the flower! Haven't seen you here before." Said the flower, who called themself 'Flowey'.

"Hello, Flowey. I'm Shadow, Shadow the demon." I greeted the flower with a sweet and gentle smile. The flower then looked a bit curious. "How did you get down here?" He asked. I looked at the light that shined on the flowers I landed on. "I fell...somehow those flowers cushioned my fall." I said to the flower. I gently patted my feathered wings to fix my messy feathers.

"You have nice wings, I've never seen a demon with feathered wings before." said Flowey who was suprised by my wings. "Oh, I was born like this. And they keep me warm too." I said as I wrapped my wings around me.

"Must be comfy then!" Flowey replied. I nodded with a smile. "Is there a way out of here?" I asked as I looked at my surroundings. Flowey nods and then hops out of the ground and wrapped his roots around my left arm to hold onto me. "Go straight, you'll find a door." He said, and I did as he said.
