Chapter Two Part One

~Jameson's pov~

That jerk that beat me up and Delphi rammed into me as we were walking home. I fell over after losing my balance and sprained my arm which really hurt. Delphi helped me up, thankfully, and She helped walk me home. When I got home, my mom was cooking dinner as my baby brother and Dad played video games together. My sister had her boyfriend over again and were in her room, probably having sex depending on the noises that's coming out and the creaking noises too. Of course my room is next to hers so I got to deal with that for about an hour. I decided to text Delphi when she sent a picture of her and her girlfriend, Claire (ma besties Geno_The_Sans character >:>)) . They seemed to be enjoying themselves very much. I sighed heavily and laid down, trying to get some sleep as tomorrow was testing week. It took me a while but I luckily fell asleep at around 11:30.

~Timeskip to in the morning~

~Third person pov~

When Gabriel arrived to school on his motorcycle, he saw his friends beating up Jameson. He scoffed as his friends had broken Jameson's nose, three of his ribs, one of his legs, and his ankle. Eventually the ambulance was called and one of his friends got arrested and taken away. Delphi and Gabriel visited Jameson in the hospital with Delphi visiting frequently and Gabriel visiting every now and then.

~Gabriel's pov~

I felt bad for what happened to Jameson and I decided to visit him again. I walked to his room and up to his bed as he laid there resting peacefully. I slowly and softly held his hand while trying not to cry. He hasn't been awake for the three days I visited which started to really worry me. Just as I was about to leave I heard his voice call my name. "Gabriel..? What are you doing here..?" He said softly as I turned around, trying to hide the redness of my face. "O-Oh..Hey there.." I stuttered out as I stared at his precious sleepy face and tried not to smile. "You feeling any better..?" I said, slowly inching towards him. He nodded softly as he tried sitting up.

Jameson was talking to Delphi  "How am I supposed to operate If I'm just tossed around by fate? Like on an unexpected date? What scares me the most is what if when he sees me, what if he doesn't like it? What if he runs the other way and I can't hide from it? What happens then? If when he knows me, he's only disappointed? What if I give myself away, to only get it given back? I couldn't live with that!" As Gabriel walked by and listened into their conversation. "What am I gonna do? How will I ask him out??"
