I don't know how happy I am . I can't express anything . As I take steps forward locking my arms with my brother, i start to feel every emotion... Nervous, anxious, excited and finally happy ... I'M GETTING MARRIED !!!
I was looking at my steps , feeling content i looked up only to be met with a pierce yet a beautiful gaze of my love my world my man ... My P'Kim , soon to be husband. He had that beautiful smile on his face watching me . And in a blink of a second I don't know what happened... I'm holding hands with P'Kim . We both couldn't take eyes off each other . That much longing we both had for this moment.
The priest began :
"Marriage is a connection of our thoughts with the charm of love, the warmth of home, and with all that is pleasant, as being one of the most important events of our lives."
The groom may say the vow now ...
"P'Kim , we all know how our journey began . Started with a fight ehh... Then through various challenges we stand here taking our wedding vows. P'Kim .. i know how much you love me and you know how much I love you ... And I do love you wholeheartedly which can't be expressed in any form of words but only through actions . I will take your hand and stand by your side in both good and bad and i wish only good things would happen to you ,to us. How lucky am I to call you mine ? I must be deeply and madly in love with you ! You made me realise the feelings and things in life ... You gave meaning to them. You made me a better person phi' ... And i promise you that I will stay by your side through thick and thin. Love you forever and always."
As soon as I finished saying my vows , warmth spread across my cheek as a warm and soft palm caressed my cheek and wiped my tears away . Then only I realized that i teared up !! I could see his eyes became glassy.
