This is a chapter story that takes place around Darkstalkers time. Basically Darkstalker never turned evil, nor got buried under a mountain, but he did become king of the Nightwings, along with Clearsight. Arctic did get killed by Darkstalker, just not in the way it happens in the book. The main character is about Whiteout and Thoughtful's daughter, Yin-Yang. Also, the Sandwing Ruler is King Drought, not the actual ruler in Darkstalker's time.
