Scarlett didn't know that today she would find out magic was real nor did she know the word " Winx" would become the name of group of girls that save the magic dimension. She didn't know any of this, all she knew was that today was the first day of her summer vacation.
Scarlett's P.O.V •Gardenia• I was dreaming the same dream I always have. It's about where I am in a place or castle of some sort. I am running but at the same time I'm standing still and someone is calling for me. But right when I'm about to see the person...I wake up. This time I hear her voice but it's fuzzy. All I hear is "Scar... Baby... Letty...SCARLETT" "Ahhhh!" I scream cause next thing I known I'm falling out of bed. "Mamaaaaaa!!! Whyyyy" I cried. "Cause u never wake up and you're gonna be late for school" I gasp but before I panic I remember "It's summer mama. Nice try."I smirk "Well I tried; anyway go down stairs, your dad made breakfast." "YESSSS!!" I go to run out my room but before I do, I wish mama luck to waking up my sister:Bloom.
3rd person P.O.V While Scarlet ran down stairs, Vanessa went to wake up Bloom. Vanessa goes to Bloom's door and knocks but no one answers. So Vanessa goes in Bloom's room to find Bloom still asleep with her book Fairies: Myth or Reality laying on top of her chest. "Bloom...Bloom...Bloooooommm!!!! Wake up sweetie you're gonna be late for school!" Vanessa tells Bloom while shaking her. Bloom jumps out of the bed and rushes to get ready but then realizes it's summer time. "Not funny mom, its summer time" Bloom says with annoyance. "Yes, but it's almost noon so you need to get up" Vanessa says to make Bloom laugh. Vanessa picks up her book. "Bloom did u stay up all night reading this... again" Vanessa asks with a playful smirk. "Maybe??? I couldn't help it mom" Bloom innocently shrugs. "Come on your dad made breakfast and you don't want your sister to eat it all." Vanessa exclaims as she walks to the door. "Yesss Breakfast" Bloom rushes downstairs but what Vanessa didn't realize is the Bloom scowled at the mention of her sister: Scarlett.
Scarlett's P.O.V While I was downstairs eating breakfast and asking dad about work, Bloom and Mama come down. "Good Morning Bloom" "Good Morning Scarlett" I wince at her because she always says my name with such venom. I just crack it up to be it's early in the morning, but then again she has always been a bit more hateful towards me. When we were kids she would take my toys, call me names, and try to exclude me from games. Once we turned 14 it got better and once we started high school it's like it disappeared so maybe I'm just being paranoid. "Scarlett... Scarlettt" "Oh sorry dad I zoned out" I shook my head and dad just laughs at me. "I see!! Well as your mom said you and Bloom will help with the store over the summer. Then we will go to the beach like always" dad told me. "Okay!! You know I love mama's flowers and going to the beach. What about you Bloom? Are you excited?" I ask Bloom but she just glared at me so I left it alone. We finish breakfast and dad says he has a surprise for us in the garage. Bloom and I rush out there to see two bikes. Both were built the same but mine was white with flowers around the basket.

"Oh Dad I love it!!!! Thank you so much" I hug my dad with such love. Bloom just gives a strand smile which I don't understand why. But then she asks for something faster and I realize she wanted a scooter. Bikes are more eco-friendly and lower maintenance, so I don't understand why she would want a scooter. To say I was very disappointed in her would be an understatement. I hope she would be more grateful toward what dad did for us. While I was in my head, Bloom asked to go the park with Kiko(her bunny) and dad said yes as long as she is careful. I said I will come with her but I had to go change first so I gave mama and dad a kiss and another thank you and went up stairs.
