Sara's POV:-
I exactly woke up at 6am! Sitting up turning off my alarm.
I quickly went to the bathroom showering and changing into my work clothes.
I went to make a coffee for myself and remembered that we don't have any groceries as we agreed for groceries shopping today's evening.
"I can buy one at a cafe right?" I told myself.
It was already 7am! I need to get to the office at 8am.
I ran outside of my room and left the apartments and was waiting for my cab.
After 5 mins cab came and i left in it.
I reached at the company at 7.50!
I entered the company and went to receptionist.
"good morning!My name is kim Sara" i Smiled to the lady in her 20's.
"Yes ma'am! I was informed about you! Come with me I'll show you and your seat!" Receptionist Said as i Smiled following her.
She showed me around and lastly she showed me my desk.
"Ma'am! Previous assistant manager made a list of things you have to do! You can check it if you have any doubts" receptionists Said giving a clipboard 📋 to me and left.
"Thank you so much!" I smiled at the walking figure.
I started doing my work, it was 10 am when my stomach growled making me remember that i hadn't eaten anything from morning.
I stood up and flinched when i saw the manager standing to close my desk.
"Good morning sir!" I Said bowing a little.
"Wow what a workaholic we have here!" Manager snickered making everyone laugh .
"You haven't introduced yourself to anyone! You don't want to get to know everyone in this department?" Manager said
"It's not like that sir! It was my first day so thought to learn about my job!" I smiled apologizing to him.
"Hi! My name is Sara! Hope y'all teach me well and we get along well!" I Smiled at everyone who just ignored me and were looking at their computers.
"Won't it be better if you buy them something so they can open up to you better?" Manager smiled
"Yes Sir!" I said taking my purse and left to cafe two blocks away from my office.
I bought some drinks and milk tea.
When i reached back and placed the drinks on my desk everyone came forward and left taking their drinks without saying a word not even smiling when i smiled at them.
"Hi!! My name is nayeon! Nice to meet you Sara!" Nayeon Smiled came lastly
"Nice to meet you!" I Smiled at her.
"Did i do something wrong?" I asked
Why they are so rude to me? Is it because i didn't introduced myself before? I thought.
