I was sitting in my room, as usual, listening to This Is Gospel by Panic! At The Disco.

"10:23...Dammit it's time." I thought. Almost as if on que my dads girlfriend's footsteps echoed through the hallway.

I shuddered and cowered in the farthest corner of the room. My door was violently opened as the smell of alcohol filled the room.

"YOU LITTLE WHORE!!" She screamed as she punched me across the face. "HOW DARE YOU LIE TO THE POLICE LIKE THAT!?"

I knew what she was talking about. A couple weeks ago her boyfriend, the golden boy of the town, (she's been two-timing my dad) raped me. I told the police and ever since she's been an abusive drunk.

"I-I didn't lie!" I said to her. "I KNOW YOU DID! HE WOULDN'T DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!! IF HE DID YOU ASKED FOR IT!!!" She screamed as the kicked me onto my side.

"YOU WHORE!"-kick to the face-"WORTHLESS SLUT!"-kick to the chest...twice-"LYING BITCH!!!"-repeatedly kicking and punching anywhere she could.

As soon as she finished abusing me I took in as much air as possible. "Get this room cleaned up there better not be A SPECK of blood on this floor...OR ELSE!" With that she walked out.

I cleaned everything twice just to be sure. I looked at the clock: 11:56. "Finally done." I sighed "I'm tired of doing this everyday" I thought. "One day, I said, "One day I'm going to get out of this hellhole" I thought while looking toward my laptop. "Don't worry I'll take you with me" I said.
