Sadie's Pov:
“So are you guys finally ready to watch that movie?” I said to both of my friends in excitement.
“Yeah, I hope it isn't too boring.” My friend Kanya stated, scrolling on Discord.
“Guys come on, I want to watch teenage Kenny edits~”
Kanya and Sadie in union: “NO.”
An hour swiftly passes.
“So did you guys enjoy the horror movie?” Kanya says looking at us both. We were all in front of the TV, kneeling right in front of it. Fiadh was shitting herself whilst I was fine.
"I would have rather watched Young Sheldon."
"What's your obsession with Young Sheldon recently?"
Kanya says elevating an eyebrow.
"Yeah, what the hell is that all about?" Now they were both interrogating me. How pleasant.
"Obsession? You've got it all wrong! I don't have an obsession."
"yes, you do. It's so obvious oh my god."
Fiadh said crossing her arms as her eyebrows furrowed.
unfortunately, this was my time to take defeat.
"Okay, you guys want the truth? Fine. Okay. Yeah, I do have a little bit of 'obsession' with it but I swear I'm only in it for memaw!!"
"Shoo! Get out of the sleepover!" Kanya said, pushing my body out of the bedroom to leave.
"Guys grow up," I said rolling my eyes and going back to my original position.
unexpectedly a huge drop was heard and smoke came out from outside the bedroom door.
"Guys, what was that?" Kanya's eyes widened as she looked at the both of us.
"How am I supposed to know?" Fiadh said, worry casting her tone.
"Guys, will ye all seriously relax for a second?"
They both looked at me in union, which kind of creeped me out.
"I'm pretty exhausted, so can we just deal with this in the morning and go to sleep? it's probably your dad Kanya!"
I said yawning straight afterwards.
"Really? What would my dad be doing at this hour? it's one in the morning."
"Making those amazing special noodles~"
"Guys maybe it's the ghost of Kenny!"
Fiadh barges in on the conversation.
"Bed. now." Kanya declares with a Stern tone.
little did they all know, it was Young Sheldon...
