Here are the rules which must be followed by the founders and members of the community.

1. Follow our rules and we'll follow yours as this affiliation happens on both sides.

2. Be polite and respectful; give respect, get respect. This not only applies to the founders but also the members. No bullying, hate, discrimination or plagiarism will be tolerated from both ends. What is discussed between the communities should stay within the communities until agreed to be made known.

3. Follow the community account (MelloniaCommunity) and the founders (RilunaKim, -krishvpuffs_ and Dark_Ghostie) if we have to follow yours. We'll follow your community account back via the community account and your founders if you follow ours.

4. Add our affiliation and hiring book to a public reading list and give a shout out on your community message board with the link of our affiliation book. We'll do the same for your community.
If you wish for us to use your template, please indicate it in the form.
Do note that we only add your affiliation and hiring books to our affiliate reading list. We will not be adding all of your projects as it will be very messy and unfair to those who do not require it.

5. Mention that we are your affiliate in your bio or affiliation book.

6. Help promote our projects when we ask for one.

7. Please respond to our dms within five days if we ever contact you for project proposals, requests for shout outs, questions etc. And if your community wants to request for a shout out or project proposal, please do so politely through Telegram or Discord. Do note that we'll 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁.

8. Please inform us if your community is going on hiatus or closing or changing the community username. Do inform us if the founders change their usernames or leave as well in case we ever need to contact the founders. If one of the founders are leaving, please inform us who will be taking their place.

9. Telegram and/or Discord is compulsory to have to become affiliates.

10. Please contact any of the founders or our community account if you encounter any problems with us or have any queries.

11. Violation of any of the rules after three warnings will result in us breaking the affiliation with your community. But if your community has been 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 for 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀, we'll 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 the 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆.
