Annabeth POV
"Hey wanna take a stroll on the beach?" Percy asks "sure why not seaweed brain" "wise girl" he answers back. I put my arms around his neck and he puts his around my waist. he kisses me on the lips before picking me up and cradling me. he carries me to the beach where he drops me in the water "Percy!" I squeal "ya wise girl?" "what was that for!!?" "what was what for" he said trying to look innocent. I punched him on the arm "ow" he said "good" I said. "now are we even" Percy asked holding his arm "close enough" I said trying to stifle a laugh. "don't laugh at me" Percy said in a childish voice as he sat down in the sand. then I really laughed and sat down beside home and leaned forward and put my arms around his neck and kissed him. "brings back old memories doesn't it wise girl" Percy jokes "yeah it definitely does seaweed brain" "do you want to start some new memories?" he questions me. "I get new memories every day with you" I joked back. "well here's one you won't expect" he said digging around in his pocket and eventually he brought out what looked like a ring case, and I gasped as he opened it inside there was a beautiful ring with a green gem in the middle and small grey stones around the outside. "Annabeth chase will you marry me" Percy pretty much chokes out. "YES OMG I CAN'T BELIVE IT THIS RING MUST HAVE COST ALOT THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU" I scream. "actually I had Leo an his siblings make this for me they wouldn't let me see it until I proposed" "either way I love it" I was pretty much speechless. when piper and hazel come running "we heard you scream" piper started "so we came to se what happened" hazel finished "lets go to the big house and me and Percy will explain everything" I said hiding the ring.
