Melvin fever

part 1

I dare you to go down there into the dark hall  till about .. there . Let's see if you won't come back running . A smirk appeared on her face .

Ohh, hey there didn't see ya there , i am hope
And the person who is daring me is sharon.
She is such a scaredy cat , but she act tough  I did the dare with eas , without screaming or running .

" I did it , sharon your the one daring me to do stuff , but your not doing any dare your self , why is that , are you scared "

*Huh*
" I am not scared , I will do the dare . If I complete it lets do another dare together , I think it will be fun right "

" First you complete your dare , do the same dare you told me to do , then we will think about other things "

Sharon goes inside the dark hall , her feet trembling with fear , her hand wrapped into a fist . She takes the first step into the hall . Slowly but surely she comes back out without running or screaming .

" I am suprised sharon , that you could do even that much , well done , well done "

" What did you think , that I couldn't even do that much  , dream on loser "

Sharon might seem like a self absorbed egoistic jerk , but she's really kind , but really competitive, she never wants to lose or look weak infront of anyone . But sometimes a little too competitive . Like this one time we were doing a race in school . I was ahead of her , she caught up to me and pushed me hard  , I fell and injured my leg , I had to take a break from school for a month.

Ya .... Looking back it was not a very nice memory of mine but atleast I didn't have to go to school for a month .

" Sharon what were you saying about going together or something "

" Ya , I was thinking for the next dare .. why don't we go together instead of going alone "

" Ya I am down "

" But you decide what to do for the next dare , I have no idea "

As I  was mind storming on what the next dare would be , sharon pointed behind me . I fell back startled when I saw a cat jump out of thin air .

"Fudge that scared me"

I was a little embarrassed because I was scared by a cat , but ,  I couldn't care less.

Ya , mind you , this is all taking place in a church . Sharon was laughing at the scene
Of me getting scared because of a cat , LITERALLY A  CAT .

" Do you want to do the next dare or not sharon "

" Yes... I want to , even if I dont , if I go back to my house my mother will make me do a pile of dishes."

" Thats what I thought .. so stop laughing "

Suddenly an idea popped up in my head

" I got the next dare "

I said to sharon smirking thinking of how to get back at her

" Ok what is it , tell me and stop smirking I feel like your planning something "

" ... Noo , how could I ever do anything to you my dear kiddo .... Ya , for the next dare I was thinking why don't we go to the end of the hall TOGETHER , your thoughts ??? "

The church had a huge hall beneath the actual church , at night times the hall is so dark there are only little light coming in from the small windows there ,  there were steps leding to the hall . At day times it was very bright and everything could been seen . But we were doing this at night time .  9 pm to be exact .

Now you might be thinking , what are we doing in a church at 9 pm , there's this thing at church , I call it annual day of church , it's like when the end of school and there is an annual day and theres alot of songs and dances . But here it is Christian song and we are dancing to Christian song as well , and there no two month break . Two weeks before the actual thing we come to the church at 3 pm evening , those who all want to participate in something comes together and practice everything , so there will be alot of people and  kids there at the end of the practice days . Me sharon and a few others practiced everything and were sitting there doing nothing , bored . While all the elder people was busy wrapping gifts for the next day .

" Even if I had a thought would it matter to  you?? , anyway my thoughts are good "
