He said with a pout on his small circular, white face. It was dark and he was looking at the ground disappointed , so I couldn't see his face features .

I was joking when I said I saw something moving , i guess he heard me saying that and took advantage of the chance he had .

Honestly it gave me a heart attack as well , I wanted to cry . I wanted to punch his face , i wanted to scream at his face , it was a roller coast of emotions all at once .

The next day i searched everywhere in the big hall of the church , it had fans hanging down , with a big stage in front , mic sets wires all over the front . I was trying to spot Melvin in the rows of people sitting on the floor and on chairs , but to no luck.
I reluctantly sat down .. the prayer began ...
I tried one last time to look for him , then I saw he and derk walking in late ..

*Nice the only two people who should be here early is late* I thought to my self

The prayer began...

It was coming to the end ..
I glanced over to where drek was sitting ... and instead of seeing him I saw Melvin
.... his cold round big eyes staring at me ...
With a surprisingly cute.. soft smile ...
At that moment i couldn't help but think is this the same boy from yesterday.... .. ... him smiling really complemented his facial features..
Like don't get me wrong .. I don't like him ,.. him smiling just really complements him

I broke our long and akward eye contact...
I motioned with my hands .. and asked
" wht r u looking at "

His face remained blank and unaffected...

I tried to get his attention.... and finnally when I did ... I asked him ...
He was not even looking at me .... atleast that's what he says ...

Well all I can say was I was embarrassed..
.. after everything was over ... I was about leave ... .. when he caught up with me
" waitt ... waitt ... I have to say smth "

His words remained in his throat...blocked by him trying to catch his breath.

He finnally said ..

" I am really really sorry for yesterday... I just wanted to have some fun ..."

I didn't let him finish

" u think that was fun .... well it kinda was ... but still what if sharon got really really scared and she told her parents.... I would be the one who gets in trouble .. "

" that's why I am saying sorry ... it's just that my cousin won't play with me or anything ... I sit in the house doing nothing ... and when I saw you guys having soo much fun .... I just wanted to join in ... I know what I did was wrong soo .... if you find it in your heart to forgive me ..and not get me in trouble ... please do and ... I am sorry again "

The way he said it just made me wanna forgive him ... ...
His eyes told me that he genuinely meant every word of what he said

I finnally broke the silence

" ok , ok .. i forgive you ... but i don't think sharon will "

I think he only heard the word forgive you ... cause when he heard those words .. he sprang into my arms forcing me to a tight hug

I stood there completely out of words ... finnally the tightness started to choke me

" ahhh ahhh ... I can't breath let me goo ... ouchh "

" sorry "

" didn't you heard wht I said after that .... sharon might not forgive you ... "

" Ohh .. well put in a good word for me ... wil you .."

" ok I will try but she is tough to crack though... your two years older than me right ?? "

I said doubtfully he acted like he was a kid .... which was cute , to be honest. But i couldn't believe he was older than me

" yes .. two years "
He said with a big smile on his face .....
