"Levi, I need you to take care of the little girl we found." Commander Erwin said. "Tch. I'm not taking care of some brat that can barely speak English. Have Hanji do it." I told Erwin. "I don't trust Hanji with a child. She will probably introduce her to Sonny and Bean." Erwin explained. "Tch. I'm busy." I explained. "Well I can give you a few days off to take care of her and do work." He said. I sighed. "That brat better not cause trouble." I told him. He smiled. He led me to Hanji's office. "Why are we shitty glasses office?" I asked.(Guh It was so hard to type that! I don't like cussing!) "Hanji, told me to come to her office earlier to get a little but of information." He explained. "All you need to know is the language she speaks, her name, and her parents name." I told him. "There is more than that Levi." We walked into Shitty Glasses's office. "Oh, Erwin." Hanji said. "What information do you have?" Erwin asked. Hanji took out her phone and went to her notes. "Well so far we can clarify that she speaks Russian, her Mother and Fathers names are (M/N),(F/N). Her Mother and father are currently missing" She explained. "What's the girls name?" Erwin asked. "(Y/N)...It took awile for us to figure that out because she wouldn't talk to anyone." "What about her parents? Any leads on where they are?" Hanji shook her head. She put her phone away. "That all Shitty Glasses?" I asked. She nodded. "Hai." She said. Erwin and I left the room. "Levi, the little girl has had a hard time. She is waiting in my office." He explained. "You had this all planned out didn't you?" I asked him. He nodded. "Tch." Erwin walked off. I headed to his office to pick up the girl. She was sitting down looking out the window. She had (H/L), (H/C). She had a dirty white dress on that made me cringe. She held a dirty light purple cat plushie in her arms. She was hugging it tightly. I walked up to her. She heard my footsteps and looked at me. She had big (E/C) eyes.
"здравствуйте(Hello)"."She said. I took out my phone and went to my translate app. I typed in what i wanted to type and clicked the speak button. *Я Леви. Я буду заботиться о вас на некоторое время.(I'm Levi. I will be taking care of you for a while.)* She nodded.

I walked into the house with (Y/N). "Bay...(Wow)" I looked at her when she said that. "Tch." I led her upstairs. 'She is so dirty.' I thought. I decided to start up a bath for her. I went into the bathroom that was in the bedroom she woud stay in, and started a bath. I made sure it wasn't to hot or cold. *Ваша собирается принять ванну(Your going to take a bath)*. She set her stuffed cat on the floor. I cringed. I led her to the bathroom and helped her take off her clothes. I tossed them aside for cleaning. I wet her hair and put some shampoo on my hand. I scrubbed her hair and wet it again. I made sure all the dirt was out. I picked her up wrapped her into a towel. I got a t-shirt from my drawer and put it on her. It fit better than i thought. It was like a little night gown on her. After she had the shirt on she went back to her stuffed animal and cuddled it. "Китти грязный.(Kitty is dirty)" She explained i looked down at my phone and searched up what she meant. I sighed. I kneeled down so i was eye level with her. *я буду мыть его(I'll wash it)*. Her eyes lit up. She handed me the stuffed animal. I got up and put it in the washer. I went back to her and i saw her sitting on the bed. I sat down next to her. I decided that i should probably start teaching her some English words.
*Я собираюсь научить вас несколько слов на английском языке.(I'm going to teach you a few words in English.)*. She nodded and sat on the floor. I grabbed some paper, pens, and markers.I drew a pictures of a apple and showed it to her."Apple." I said. She looked at me weirdly and tried to say it."яблоко." But she ended up saying it in Russian instead. I Sighed. I looked on my app how to say no on Russian. It was pretty easy actually. "нет(No)" I said. She looked a little disappointed. I showed her the picture again. "Apple." I said. We kept practicing until she was able to say Apple. I also taught her how to say Levi in English. I decided it was time for her to sleep so i tucked her into bed and turned off the lamp. "Levi." I heard her say. "Мне не нравится темно-(I do not like the dark)" She said while pointing to the lamp. I sighed. I got into the bed and laid down next to her. I stayed there until she fell asleep. Then after she fell asleep i went into my own room and went to sleep. I woke up to a thump. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. I squinted and saw (Y/N) on the ground. Her stuffed cat was next to her. She rubbed her head and stood up. "Я упал(I fell)." She said. I didn't need the phone since it was pretty clear she fell. She walked up to me and pointed to my bed. "Могу ли я остаться с тобой? (Can I stay with you)" She asked. I didn't need the phone for that one either. I picked her up and set her into the bed. I gently stroked her hair until we both drifted off to sleep.

It's been a week since (Y/N) has started staying with me. I have taught her a few words in English.

"RING!" "RING!" I picked up my phone off the table and answered the call. As soon as I picked up I heard Erwin's voice. "Levi. I need you to bring (Y/N) to head quarters." He said bluntly. "What for?" I asked. "You'll find out when you get there." I sighed and hung up.

I was walking down the hallway while holding (Y/N) hand. I was getting weird glances from people. Which I can understand. I'm not the type of guy to do that sort of thing. When I got to Erwin's door I went straight into the office. "Levi, glad you could make it." Said Erwin. "Tch. I don't have a choice. Now what is this about?" I asked. "The girls parents where found dead." Hanji explained. "Что вы, ребята, говорите?" I heard (Y/N) ask. I got out my phone. *Ничего, что вы должны беспокоиться о* I looked back over to Erwin and Shitty Glasses. "So what does that mean?" I asked slightly annoyed. Just then someone knocked on the door. A women walked in. She looked around middle aged. "Hello, I am Maria from the Heaven's Children Adoption Center." She explained. When she said that my eyes widened. (Y/N) is going to taken away to a adoption center....Or orphanage....I sighed. Maria bent down so she was at eye level with (Y/N). She hid behind my leg. "She doesn't speak English. She only knows a few words." I explained. Maria nodded and stood up. (Y/N) looked up at her when she stood up. I placed the her hand that was in mine into Maria's. Maria started to walk away. As soon as she started to walk away (Y/N) started crying. "Levi!" She yelled. "Levi!" Her cries got more desperate the farther she got. "Ты идиот! Не оставляй меня с ней!" I heard her yell." Which I knew was probably on the line of "I hate you." Or "Go die in a hole." I sighed and went back home.

When I got home it felt off. I couldn't here her childish giggles around the house. I sighed. Then something caught my eye. Her stuffed cat was on the ground. I picked it up. I kept on staring at it. I sqeezed it tightly. I then looked at the table and I saw one of her drawings. It has a drawing of a tall male with black hair and a little girl with (H/C) hair. Above the male it said "Levi" and above the girl it said (Y/N). I picked up the drawing and squeezed it in my hand. Tears threatened to spill from my eyes. I put the picture down and headed upstairs. I layed on my bed and opened my phone. I looked up what she said before and my eyes widened. She didn't say anything about her hating me. She said "You're an idiot! Do not leave me with her." I Chuckled. I know what I have to do.
I hopped out of bed and headed out. It was still around lunchtime. 'Why the heck did I want to sleep?' I thought.
