Zach's point of view
Sirens, everywhere, that's all I remember. The next thing I see is my parents with sheets covering them. My parents were murdered by grudge-holders. I was placed in the worst place ever, the foster system. I didn't get adopted till I was 10, about 7 years late. But I remember it all too well, who wouldn't? The rest is history; this white couple took me in and I've lived with them ever since. But they didn't accept me, nor did they try to pray the gay away unlike my best friend Rowen's parents. I have brothers Jamie and Wyatt; twins, younger than me. They are two of the most kindest kids in the world.
But enough on my family more on my morning. I woke 30 mins after my alarm and rushed to get dressed. I pulled on something that smelt somewhat clean and ran downstairs. I almost fell downstairs while texting the gc. I assembled something for my siblings and left the house to catch the train. I live halfway across town so I basically sprinted to the train station. I hopped on a train and started on to school.
