chapter 1

ISABELLA'S POV:
I walked into campus this morning exhausted. I was studying last night for an exam that's coming up in a few days, and let's just say that I stayed up really fucking late, but still remember absolutely nothing.

"Bell!" I turned around to see my cheerful friend Ria approaching me. "How's my beautiful friend this morning?"

"Too tired to be here" I mumbled with the feeling of her clinging onto my arm.

"You really stayed up last night to study?!" She yelled out loud.

"Shush!" I cover her mouth. Everyone's eyes were on us now. "Be quiet" I whisper yelled to her.

"And yes, I did. But I remember nothing. So, I don't even know why I did it" I groaned, rubbing my eyes. "Fuck, I put mascara on this morning AND did my make up. I'm useless" I sigh, giving up.

"Don't say thaat. I know something that's gonna get you energised" Ria smiled beside me.

Uh oh, not good. Not good.

"Oh god, please don't tell me" I closed my eyes, throwing my head back.

"There's this party tonight at Max's. So, I was thinking~" There it is.

Max is her boyfriend. They've been together for a year and a half now and are still going strong. Max also, surprisingly, is Alex's friend. I have no idea how they met, but they did and shockingly got together. Knowing exactly that me and Alex aren't really the best duo.

"We should go" she says looking at me.

"There is no we in this. If it's just you, then yes, go. But if it involves me, no. I got studying to do" I simply said.

"Come oooonn. Stop studying for once and go out with me. You studied last night and got nothing out of it. Take a break. Stop spending your college years studying" she whines.

"No" I said with stern.

"Pleaase~ I'll stop talking about you and Alex" she said.

"I don't know if I should trust you" I turned my head around facing her with a mysterious look.

"I swear" she says putting out her pinky finger.

I examined her pinky, thinking thoroughly before excepting it, rolling my eyes.

"THANK YOU! I LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH MWAH MWAH!!" she jumped on me, engulfing me into a big bear hug making us jump around in circles.

"Just this once!" I said trying to hold back my smile.

What am I putting myself into...

"The parties at 8:30. So, be ready before then" she says finally pulling away.

"Yep" I said.

"Bye love you!!" She says running off.

"Love you too" I smiled.

This is going to be a long night tonight.

LATER THAT NIGHT

It was currently 7:00 and I had just got out of the shower. It was now time to decide on which dress I was going to wear. I didn't have many dresses to pick out of. I don't usually go to parties or clubbing. I've got this nice silky black dress I could wear with my black heels, or I could wear my sparkly black one with my black heels. Ugh, I'm gonna ask Ria.
