Chapter 2.

3rd person POV:

Jeon Jungkook is reportedly out of danger and is shifted out of the emergency ward. Its said to be a miracle that mr.jeon survived such a big accident. Sources have been saying that mr.jeon junghyo and wife Jeon jihyo will be landing in Seoul in less than 10 hours.

It was calm. The rain wasn't as heavy as before like it has been from last 20 hours but it was still raining. The reporters were still crowding outside the hospital and the truck driver was still under police custody.

And there was the angel who was now sleeping soundly in the empty couch of the room the human was shifted in with his wings wrapped around him for warmth, he was still exhausted after all that power usage which was causing him to tremble from time to time.

He was shaking slightly as finally the guilt sinked in as his human almost lost his life because of his irresponsible behaviour. His father had said..'You're assigned to the human because he needs you' and he understood that. He was given his responsibilty because the human needed him to survive. If he was even a few minutes late, he would have had lost him.

The thought was making him cry, the exhaustion is nothing infront of the guilt he would've had to carry his whole life if something happened to his human.

So he resorted to sleeping which will recharge his powers and energy instead of blaming himself, he was just thankful his fathers woke him up on time and he reached down there just in time to save him.

It has been almost 7 hours since he arrived on earth and he still hasn't seen the face of his human. He hopes he will wake up soon.

He heard beeps of the machine and some faint murmuring in the room which caused him to wake up for the second time after his 2 hours nap.

It was the doctors who were checking up on jungkook as his heartbeat and blood pressure suddenly started increasing, not in a deathly pace but it was still alarming.

The patient was breathing heavily even with the oxygen mask covering his mouth that should help him with his breathing.

It caused taehyung to spring up on his feet as well as he made his wings disappear. He stumbled on his feet a little because he was still not fully recharged, the exhaustion was still weighing him down but he was energized enough to check up on what's happening.

He was invisible for now so he decided to get close, as he did he reached down and linked his hand with the human and closed his eyes.. right then the human's nerves stopped acting up as he calmed down and started breathing normally.

Taehyung and the doctors released a sigh of relief as the angel decided to just sit down on the floor as he rested his head beside the human's hands which he had connected with his own.

He used his calming powers so he was sure it would be better if he doesn't let go so soon because there was a high chance, the same thing will happen again if he moves away. His powers were still weak so he wasn't sure how long will they work.

And that was the exact moment he decided to finally look up at the one he was supposed to guide for a whole year.

Firstly his hand, which was so small.. it had a bits of cuts here and there mostly because of the glass shards that fell when the accident happened.

Taehyung swiped his other hand on his knuckles which were bruised and the cuts disappeared right away. One thing the angel noticed was how small his hands were in his own, making him giggle softly at the size difference.
